Customer service tried to convince me 4 days is normal for express delivery to NI. Parcel has been stuck at depot for 2 days but no, customer is crazy for expecting to receive item in 2 days.

They have an error in a listing on their website and are misleadingly selling men’s shoes instead of women’s shoes. Because of this mistake, I received the wrong item, which I never ordered. They refused to reimburse the taxes I paid.

Communication was frustrating and unhelpful. My questions and requests were met with generic responses that did not address the issue.

I do not recommend this company. It is not reliable, and the situation feels deceptive. I also did not receive compensation for the additional expenses I incurred because of their mistake.

I ordered nike shoes as a gift, the photos didn’t represent the trainers well and i returned as per instructions on their website telling me to pick a courier and pay the return fee of 4.50.
I did this and got an email today saying my refund amount and it has taken another return fee.
Live chat is pointless, there is no return chat allowed and i am currently on WhatsApp with them of which i can show screenshots clearly from emails and banks confirming this.
The first human response i got was “this is the return fee and unable to refund this”
… wow, where do they find these people 🤯

Charged a different amount than shown on the checkout because of an error in the website. Shown customer service evidence and just went around in circles without addressing the issue.
Mistakes happen its how they are dealt with that matter and the customer service was truly shocking and a waste of time.

Ordered last week and have had nothing but trouble trying to get my parcel, it was needed for going to Europe and now I’ve been left having to wait 5 days for a refund! Would not recommend to anyone.

I had issues with no notifications for my delivery. However, Alex and Beth were quick to respond to my message and checked on my delivery that was given to my neighbour...all well. Got my Brooks trainers and I was happy with it.

Shocking company, I cancelled something about 10 minutes after ordering. They said it was to late as it had already been despatched from the warehouse, so I had to pay to return them. The bar code would not scan, so I have been left with the item, with two delivery costs on top.
Don't buy from these unscrupulous company.

I ordered a travel backpack for my holidays. On the day of delivery i got a knock on the door but as soon as I came to the door noone was there and there was no package. I have contacted with all of the companies responsible for the delivery and postage. Finally there was no money refound and no backpack. For me it's one of the worst expiriances with online shopping and i'm really disappointed.

Jade was a star. Service was prompt and efficient. Added an extra item to an already made order. Jade arranged do it all to be delivered together so avoiding a second postage cost.
Can’t recommend highly enough. Will definitely use again.

This company is a rip off they took my money an won't really to my Tex an have not sent my shoes or won't give my money back scam it is a scam I want my money back can someone help me get my money
