I paid total 245 € for 2 tickets (Long side – Central 1st Ring).
2 weeks before the event they sent me an e-mail and moved me to Central 2nd and offered minimum refund (they explained this with misunderstanding with the club). On the day of the event I received 2 tickets to SECTOR 344 ROW 12 which was basically last row in the arena.
So I paid 245 € for 2 tickets and received tickets worth 40 €.
I've been sending them several e-mails but haven't got any response or refund.

Great experience buying Paris Basketball tickets with them. Because of the Wembanyama effect tickets were impossible to buy through official sources. We were a family of 4 travelling from London and before I paid they assured me on Chat that they could get me 4 tickets together in a certain area. I paid, got confirmation within 10 mins, and good seats in a row were sent at 6am the day before the match.

Of course they charged more than face value, but that's what these companies do for a living!! I would definitely use Sportsevents365 again for sold out matches, and they allowed us to see Wemby drop 11 points, get dunked on and foul out with a minute left. Cheers! :-)

After asking them for the tickets everyday, they sent a PDF by whatsapp a few minutes before the match, This is ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Another order was incomplete so I could not go with my wife and kids. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

World Cup tickets were supposed to be provided within 72hrs and the. 24hrs of event. This did not happen. Tickets sent less than 4 hours before the event. This was unbelievable since World Cup games and ticketing is highly regulated. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE for any high profile game. Unable to reach anyone at the number provided and they’re late to get back to you. Do not buy tickets from this supplier as others can GUARANTEE your tickets immediately.

Absolutely disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism of sports live event
I bought World Cup tickets from them 3 weeks ago and they said ill receive my ticket 72 hours before game which was already sketchy now 24 hours before the game after spending money on flight and accommodation amounting to almost 2000 British pounds I am stuck here with no match ticket
Tried calling multiples times call is constantly not being picked up
Do not I say do not buy from sports live event ITS A SCAM

I had an excellent experience with the purchase of the tickets from World Cup. I was attended promptly and had all my doubts and concerns clarified. I had access to everyone via email and WhatsApp.
I recommend it to everyone and will make new acquisitions for other championships.

Very disappointing experience/clever fraud. I bought expensive tickets for a basketball game in Valencia with seating together in the central area close to the court but received tickets in the lateral location high up in the arena with seats apart. The price difference was four times. Nobody answered my calls neither on their hotline or regular contact number and my e-mail went unanswered.

It was great experience...Though the system could be more transparent but in the end all is well when it wends well...Had a great experience in using the services and enjoying the world cup game...Keep up the good work!!!!!

Good communication from the start. Odd to wait until 72 hours prior to event to receive tickets. That made me worried b/c thy already had my $, but everything was legitimate and we had a great time. I only dropped 1 star because I was unaware that tickets wouldn't be provided upon purchase. Still, it's a real deal and very happy to have found tickets with Sports Events 365

Absolutely shocked by this company and wouldn't use it again or trust it.

I was allocated tickets the night before the match I wasn't aware that having 'seats together' doesn't mean they have to be side by side in the same row. When I got the tickets I was upset and rang and they said, unfortunately, it was in their policy. Ok, that is fine perhaps I didn't see it, even though when I emailed to confirm they were beside each other a sales assistant came back and said yes - I think there he should have explained they weren't seated side by side then as clearly that was my query.

Moving on the day of the match we arrived not only were we not seated beside each other, but we were also seated in different sections. They showed me an image of how seats can be marked as 'together' none of what I experienced was in their seating chart image.

These tickets were nearly 400 euros for a birthday present which someone had flown in for. Given that you would imagine my disappointment in sitting beside a stranger and not even being anywhere near my partner.

I contacted their support individual 'Hassan' who was going to get to the bottom of this asap but went on leave and never contacted me again. I had to reach out to several people just to hear it is not their issue.

I am absolutely shocked and disgusted about how I was treated. I waited weeks to hear from them.
