Received my on line order with one dirty football boot that has obviously been in a shop for people to try on! So now don’t look like a nice new pair of boots!

As always, excellent value from Sports Direct. The trainers came well packaged and were true to the photos on the website. The only downside is the postage cost and the fact that it is difficult / expensive to return items, so you really need to be certain of your sizing before ordering. It does stop me from buying from Sports Direct more often.

Ordered some £120 boots with 9.99 next day delivery through EVRI. Boots arrived at courier but never arrived to me and are now 'lost' ... refund processed, but a very frustrated Son who had used his birthday money for these specific boots- can't be replaced as out of stock - but still available to buy on website??? seriously poor service

I paid for next day delivery for my holiday and it didn’t arrive. Still hasn’t. And the customer service is useless. I wouldn’t have paid £11.99 for next day delivery if i knew it wouldn’t come. It’s a scam and so unfair

I have pay extra to a next day delivery and I haven’t received it so I will send it back, don’t expecting payment for the return

Easy to order and super quick delivery

I ordered 5 T-shirts online very simple to do, arrived 4 days early which was a bonus, great quality, i would recommend Sports direct, Brilliant service

The clothes and the delivery service are very good

I struggle with on line shopping but I found it very easy with sports direct. I could find what I wanted and it was easy to follow the steps to order and pay. Bonous was what I wanted was a good price, had my size and in stock.

Sports Direct have a better online experience than in store, for sure. I find it so easy to shop on the website and find what I want, and there is a larger range of items than compared to the Loughborough store

Very poor service. I have been waiting for my order for 10 days. I tried to contact an agent through the help section, but they told me to wait for 2 hours. There are currently 240 people in the queue. I will never order from here again.”

I am always happy with sports direct, this is the second time buying trainers from them as they are value for the money

It was very easy to order a football for my granddaughter. We are waiting for it to be delivered. The people in the shop were really helpful and knew how to make sure I get the correct ball. Thank you

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Wanted an update on my order which I paid express delivery for which was almost a week late and was given two options. Cancel or wait. No incentive to retain customers, no apologies, no attempt to compensate for the missing item.

The same product is available on their site with the same photos (I literally showed screenshots of the web page in a live chat), but a new web page and product code for £10 more. So I had to give in and buy them for more money, even though I had ordered them already.

After paying an extra £9.99 for next day delivery, still haven’t received my order and it’s 72 hours later, nothing yet

Great service ,great prices and delivery is so quick,also it's so easy to order
