This was my first order with SportsBikeShop and was an overall excellent experience and would not hesitate in recommending them. I'm sure I'll shop with them in the future.
I found the website simple to navigate, informative and find what I needed. Ordering was quick and easy. I found email confirmation and communications excellent following my order. I did have a personal follow up email with regards one item which was out of stock offering a substitute to complete the order so that everything would be delivered next day. Everything came next day with DPD and I was also given a 1hr delivery time which was met. So all in all a very good experience and I can't fault the service, exactly how it should be 👍

Excellent service at Sportsbikeshop in Southampton. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the advice I received was spot on. They took the time to understand what I was looking for rather than just trying to sell me something.

You can tell the people working there are genuinely into bikes and know their gear. It makes a huge difference when you can ask questions and get proper, practical advice from fellow bikers.

I’ll definitely be going back. If you’re into motorbikes and looking for quality gear with great customer service, this is the shop to visit in Southampton. Highly recommended!
