On the website, I was able to quickly find the ergometer I was looking for and order it without any complications. The order confirmation came very quickly. The device I ordered corresponds exactly to the seller's description and I had no problems with the function.

I was a bit sceptical and had been thinking about ordering for a long time. Sportstech surprised me in a positive way.

Bought an F75 treadmill for £1,800 in January. The console does not work and the product is unusable. Innovamaxx initially acknowledged my email and asked me to package the console ready to return for repair. Since then I have sent numerous emails which have all been ignored. I have now requested a full refund and initiated a charge back through my credit card provider and hope it’s successful. I would not advise anyone to use this company.

7 months of having a running machine and an indoor cycle and they are falling to pieces in front of my eyes. Customer services promised a spare part 7 weeks ago for treadmill. Absolutely nothing, not even a tracking number for delivery which means they haven’t sent it. Shocking. Now pushing for full refund and collection.

I was able to place an order quickly and easily on the website. The confirmation also came very quickly, the product was exactly as pictured and the delivery was within the specified time.

I ordered two Sup Boards for our beach vacation and found them to be very professional.

Here you get good advice and quick answers. The company Sportstech makes a lot of effort to fulfill customer wishes. Therefore, I can only report positive here, the 5 stars are absolutely deserved.

I purchased an Exercise Bike on 14th November 2020 and have written to Sportstech, and Innomaxx but have no response.
The bike is meant to fold but when we did the seat caught on the bars for the pullies thereby splitting the seat. We haven't used it yet because I don't want to damage the seat anymore. I have requested in my e mails that I could have a replacement seat.
Sportstech.de have acknowledged my e mail ticket #62620 but nothing so far. I feel this is a design fault and I should be given a new seat and then we won't fold it again.
Please help, this is so frustrating.

The price-performance ratio is absolutely given. I found the sports equipment I was looking for very quickly on the Sportstech website. The prices are really good and the structure of the website is clear.

I ordered a rowing machine from Sportstech, the function is flawless. I also had no problems with the delivery. Everything very uncomplicated.

My order was processed without any problems, here is a great emphasis on customer satisfaction. Again and again with pleasure

Love the machine when it works. Bearing packed up after 3 months. Since then it feels like you running on a gravel road. Never been smooth again. There is no support in UK.

There's been a lot of bad reviews about Sportstech recently so I just wanted to come on and share my positive experience with the company. I ordered the FX300 treadmill and was really worried after I ordered, after coming on here and seeing such bad reviews. However the treadmill is fantastic and really sleek and compact. It took about three to four weeks to arrive which is longer than they state on their website but this is because it was delivered by XDP, who in my opinion are a terrible courier service. I found Sportstech customer service pretty good when I asked for updates on my order. The only downside of the treadmill is that it came with a European plug but this wasnt an issue as we ordered a EU to UK adapter off Amazon.

Purchased f37 running machine 998.00 5 months later whole deck smashed while I was running I’m 48kg machine made for 150kg person. Trying to get it resolved but no customer service no response to emails I’m gutted I researched products. Do not purchase from this company

After some careful thought and our fingers were crossed we decided to go ahead and buy the SPORTSTECH F10 model Treadmill. From the initial ordering which was very easy to do, we eagerly waited for our Treadmill to arrive. We were not disappointed with the style, and the quality. The machine is very, very sturdy and is amazingly simple to use. The Customer Service staff at SPORTSTECH were very helpful, and no question was too much. They went out of their way to advise us. We have no hesitation in recommending the Product and the Company. We are very happy with our choice, and we enjoy using our machine.

Shocking customer service. Bought a treadmill which was faulty. Agreed full refund once returned - Sportstech arranged return by courier XDP, who have failed to collect on three occasions now - no telephone contact available - no response to emails - no web chat agents available ... will not be using again - still awaiting refund.

Wish I’d seen these reviews before purchasing but unfortunately my research was based on the treadmill performance which was good. If only I could comment on that! I ordered f10 folding treadmill late January and it said it would be dispatched 13th February. Treadmill finally turned up 25th February. When tried to put together discovered the console part was way too wide for the basis. Emailed sportstech on 26th but no reply.
Phoned Germany 3rd March and did eventually manage to speak with someone who spoke English. He told me I was the third call that day about the same issue, that the console had been made too big and they’d send me a new one! He said I’d get an email in a few days confirming dispatch.
It is now 17th March and not even had an email!!! I’ve now got a treadmill stuck in my conservatory I can’t even use!
Tried calling again on 12th March but when I eventually spoke to someone and explained the problem there was no apology and I was told there were delays in shipping to uk. When I politely said I wasn’t happy I got cut off!!!
Anyway I emailed again that day and surprise surprise no reply!!!
I’ve put a claim in through my credit card which I paid for it with so hoping I’ll get refunded my £388 which they had back in January.
This company is an absolute disgrace with no customer service whatsoever. Don’t touch with a barge pole!!!

Awful company! Avoid SPORTSTECH at all costs! They are such a scam company.
I paid £909.00 for a treadmill last spring; it arrived months later than promised, and they responded to my emails in German.
The treadmill eventually arrived in June - and broke in December, even though I’m only 10 stones and use it for walking, after a hip injury.
After 3 months of phone calls and emails from me, most of which have been ignored, I was told today (15.03.21) that I would not be given a refund.
An utter waste of time and money. I have contacted a lawyer. This kit is not made to last, and customer service is non-existent.

If you live in the UK please do not even consider for one moment using this company. The web address has UK in it and they offer free returns however this is a lie. They are in Germany and they do not offer free returns. In fact the cheapest quote to return a treadmill to Germany is £175.00. So, if it arrives damaged there will be nothing you can do. It also arrives with a European 2 pin plug which is not to British Standards. This is false selling, ripping off UK customers. Even with Paypal to cover the purchase you still have to pay that £175.00 shipping. STAY AWAY, don't be fooled by the fake reviews they have on the website from UK customers, this is just a sham and a scam and they know exactly what they are doing.
