This site is fake, I joined to be able to read my messages only to find most of the profiles are not even members and the messages were not as such, they were mostly requests for me to upload photos. Waste of 18€
Do not join.

Fortunately I did not pay membership.
To see who is around your area you must create a profile, which is for free. But then, once introduced your data (name, age, email, female/male, picture...) and your profile is up, you can't get to text anyone or even read messages that premium people may have sent...
The only way to contact people is by paying the membership (and I can not even assure this as I did not upgrade).
If you are looking for a free platform forget about this one.

I didn't pay premium membership - and after reading the other reviews looks like I made the right decision. This site is utter rubbish and just seems to rip people off.

Seems a fake website, it is inviting with many many users that never replied to my messages during a whole membership month. Just the day of expiring membership a beautiful woman wrote to me, but I should renovate membership to read my first message, what a strange coincidence!!

They try to trick you into signing up for Premium membership by pretending there are messages in your inbox. Feels like a huge scam

Just another dodgy dating site where you pay to read fake messages from fake profiles.
I didn't sign up which is a good thing as reading the other reviews its one of those that once you sign up to you can't stop the payments even though when they say its a one off payment and you can cancel anytime? I'll stick to my tennis forums thanks!

Very dodgy. I bought a subscription just to read a message (yeah, I know) and it turned out that message didn't exist.
I'm not receiving an answer from anyone. Just today I got an email telling me about some other user that "perfectly fits your SportPartner profile" and that user doesn't exist or isn't visible for me.

It’s a great app that can be used to find people with similar sports interests.

Joined a month ago. Thank the lord for trustpilot - although unfortunately I checked here after joining. As other posters have stated I have had no replies to my messages, and suspect everyone I messaged was a 'dead' profile who is no longer a member but their profile has been retained to ensnare new members.

Having paid the higher fee for a one month membership rather than a continuing membership, I emailed 'Jayne at Sportspartner' that I had cancelleled my paypal instruction for the following month as I had only joined for one month and there were warnings on Trustpilot. I received no response at all to this until 2am this morning when I received an automated email from sportspartner notifying me that
they had tried but failed to help themselves to more of my money, and could I please provide new payment details. Since it was only a one off payment, I had not originally realised that paying once through paypal allows continuing access to your bank account unless the paypal instructions are cancelled. I found this by research after seeing the warnings on Trustpilot. Please be warned. I am struggling to think why this does not constitute attempted theft by Sportspartner, which carries a maximum sentence of 14 years imprisonment.

I am seeking more information about this company.as in my previous post,I stated that I signed up with sports partner and gave them notice of leaving following 10months of rubbish service only to find that a. Company called sport 42 took 2 further payments via my PayPal account,who have refused any compensation and am now in the process of claiming from my credit card provider. This scam appears to have been practiced over several years and I'm surprised that it hasn't been dealt with by the authorities.pay pal show no
interest.I have sent several emails to. www.info@sport42 .com without response and phoned them which gets me to an abrupt auto response in Dutch.My next move is to report them to the police finally,. To my MP

I paid the premium for 3 months and what a waste of time. I haven’t had one reply to one message I’ve sent to fellow premium members. You have no idea if the premium member you have messaged received/read your message. You can’t tell when someone was last active so all the profiles on there are probably people like myself who are so disappointed in the experience they just don’t bother with it. I haven’t even bothered to message non members as stated by everyone else non members can’t respond without signing up. It’s very dodgy, don’t go near it. Save your hard earned money. I have received responses from the admin staff but they are not bothered, polite enough and they are getting paid so what do they care at the end of the day. We’re the suckers for ever signing up to it in the first place. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS WEBSITE

I have tried the premium membership and I have realised that:
1) there was no active members. I messaged about 20-30 people and only one replied who actually was not interested in the same sports as me and at the top of this was from different town!
2) you cant read the messages if you dont have premium package but if you are free user you will be receiving notifications that there is a message for you but once you open this message you realise that this is something like high five, smile or relevant (nothing). When you reply to that message there will be obviously no response because that person is not active at all.
3) 9 days after I purchased the membership I contacted the customer service and request cancellation and refund. They replied "I'm afraid at this time we cannot offer you a refund. My apologies". So if you really believe there may be sports matches in your area then go for a single month membership but bear in mind (from other reviews) that even if you cancel subscription they may charge you anyway!
4) If you look for sports partner then go to the gym, club, leagues, facebook community etc. dont waste your precious time and money for such a rubbish portal !!!!!!!

I am really fed up with this site - I joined as a Premium Member, paid for three months , got official "Welcome" from the company and they have now locked me out of the site, without any explanation and have told me to contact admin. I have done this , as duely requested, but have not received a reply.

Absolute waste of time...

This site fullfils the objectives I had when I signed up.

Utter rubbish - don't waste your time and money here. Outrageous cancellation terms - got billed again after cancelling 5 days before renewal.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! Once I cancelled my subscription they carried on taking the monthly fee. I emailed them but the address they provide doesn't exist and emails bounce back.

Very unhappy - as they have been taking £9 out of my account for a whole year, without me even knowing! I don't even use the website as no one gets back to you and you get no response from people joining. I am going under dispute with them.

Its a scam. You can send free messages but to read messages you have to be a premium member. ridiculous. How would the receiver read your message if he/she is not a premium member. Shady FAQs as well
Just don't bother.

Good site takes a little to get used to but in general ,excellent what great value for nothing and premium fantastic. Added bonus no repetitive adverts and always replies to your enquiries.Keep up the great work.Tony L.😃
