I ordered Fox 38 factory front suspension for my bike. A package was sent the next day. Suddenly it stopped moving for 3 weeks. After contacting sportokay I received my money back, which was weird as I didn't ask for it. Suddenly the package got moving again and once I got it, there were snow boots in it. Then after contacting Sportokay support said they will refund up to 20 euros for me to return it. But it would cost me more than 20 euros to send them back. Local post office says it will cost 39,90€ for that size package to Austria. So unless they send me prepaid return sticker and I just sort the pick up time. I won't be sending them back. I still haven't heard any explanation why it happened, but atleast I got my money back.

edited: initial miscommunication over order, but now being processed properly, will review again once order has been delivered

edit: need to work on payment processing, it took too many attempts to pay and then got a lot of messages saying unsuccessful after money was debited from my bank, the payment successful message came much later so it was worrying not to know what was going on as a first time user of okaysport.

after that everything arrived quickly from Austria to my address in Bulgaria, about 1000 euro order of skis and other things

Early November '22 I ordered a pair of Salomon Speedcross 6 for my wife. Unfortunately, it took us three months to find out, that she didn't like the shoes.

Even after this long time SportOkay accepted the return and gave me the full amount of money back - this is really impressive to me.

You can order shoes in multiple shops - but this kind of service quality and client orientation is outstanding.

My ORDER #500050298 shows as successful but I didn't receive the goods! The tracking says the package was damaged in the way to my address but I got nothing and nobody responds to my messages (I sent two emails to the support). It's been more than 10 days and nobody answer me.

I Wrote the adress wrong due to an automical Form.
They handelt it really weil and changed the adress.

Very slow communication 2/3days between emails
very rude answers with no help just like talking to a robot.
After 1week trying I will give up because I want to buy a bike because I need to do some local races after selling my last bike.
Going to buy another store with customer service.
Very Sad after some amazon service going to ...zero
