Niet werkende app

De sportivity-app wordt door bedrijven in de sportbranche gebruikt o.a. om leden informatie te verstrekken, maar ook om toegang tot een locatie te geven. De toegangsfunctie maakt gebruik van de camera van de telefoon waarmee je een qr-code scant om toegang te krijgen.

Zodra je de scan-optie in de app opent, dan crasht mijn telefoon of de Sportivity-app loopt vast. In Google Play staan meerdere soortgelijk klachten over deze functie in de app.

De ontwikkelaar van de app reageert niet op mails of op de review in Google Play.

Ik gebruik de app op een Google 8 Pro met de meest recente versie van stock Android.
