Untrustworthy. They rob you of your winnings

Recently used won 1000+ once , second bet coudnt cash out since it was perma blocked and nothing was happening had alredy 7 wins and 2 left to go , CANT EVEN CASH OUT i belive they are doing it on purpsoe and they are scammers, AVOID you will never cash out it sooner .

Aswell tragic customer support and behaviour never helps plenty of problems site is lagging aswell.

I'm not sure, why there are so many bashers of Sportingbet. How many sportbooks has that cash out feature, if you do change your mind, cancel, won't lose any money. The odds, prices are super fair, buying points, if your a serious player, Sportingbet has to be one of your outs. It seems all these bashers are the bonus whores, people that don't fulfill their rollovers. I would recommend to not have these issues, ask questions, online chat, always accessible during day, and make sure before you send money verify your account.

Don't deposit any money you will not get it back! I signed up and received an email saying 'Congratulations you're fully verified. You can now deposit and withdraw funds as well as play and bet across all our exciting games and sports'. So I placed a bet with the welcome offer and won £20.50. I had an email the day after saying I wasn't fully verified and they needed to be sent personal documents. I then tried to withdraw the money and they will not let me or even give my deposit back until I send these 'personal documents'. Customer Service fobbed me off and so I closed my account and accepted the loss. DO NOT USE!

Crap customer service. Placed a couple of bets with them. Won some money and went to bet on my team for this weekend. I was told I could only bet 87p. Went on live chat they said it was a tech error and they would get it fixed. I then received an email saying I was banned under their sites terms and conditions. Megan then sent me a link to their entire terms and conditions (there’s a lot). Without actually pointing me to what I’ve done wrong. Might as well not bothered to respond to me. Oh well. I’ll take my custom back to proper bookies. Since they can’t be asked to explain stuff properly. Not the end of the world cause I’m not much of a gambler but don’t appreciate rubbish customer service. i enjoy the occasional bet especially during lock down. Probably because I won £50 on a free bet when my bet lost. If you don’t want me to use it don’t send it.

I wish I could rate them 0 stars but most of all I wish I had read the reviews before making an account and depositing a penny of my money with them. I made and account with them and deposited £10 just to test them out. I like to do this any new bookmakers I consider betting with because there are a lot of shady bookmakers out them (I guess sporting bet are one of them). Anyway so I bet on a football game and the bet won. I made £50 so my account balance was now at £60. I then decided to withdraw all the money from my account to test out what their withdrawal process is like but deposited a further £20 before attempting to withdraw because my initial deposit had been by bank card, but I wanted to withdraw with PayPal because you get the money much faster. I wasn’t able to withdraw with PayPal because I hadn’t made a deposit using my PayPal account hence the further £20 deposit. My account now say my at £80. I then tried to withdraw the £80 and a couple of hours later I got an email from claiming my withdrawal request had been cancelled they were asking why I was withdrawing the money. I pretty much had to justify to them why I was withdrawing my own money and my own winnings. I was very angry but I responded to them and explained that I was withdrawing because I wanted to cash out whilst I was ahead and didn’t want to risk losing my winnings. An hour later I get an email from them saying they had gotten my response and I was now able to try again to withdraw if I wanted to. I sent another withdrawal request to go to my PayPal account and went to bed. In the morning I got another email from them saying my withdrawal request had been cancelled because I had to withdraw using the same method I had used to deposit (even though I had deposited using PayPal too). This makes no sense because I’ve deposited money using a bank card with other bookmakers and then made a deposit with PayPal at a later stage so that I could withdraw to my PayPal account instead and I never had an issue withdrawing. Also this was a problem when I wouldn’t have been able to send the withdrawal request to my PayPal account in first place as it would have had an error message saying I had to withdraw through the same method I deposited with, how instead it allowed me to send the withdrawal request and someone from their end manually cancelled it and it feels like they are just stalling and trying to find reasons to keep cancelling my withdrawal requests. So I said ok whatever I’ll withdraw to my bank account and wait a few days it’s no big deal. I would have preferred to withdraw through PayPal and have the funds in a matter of hours, but if that’s not an option then I have no problem waiting. I’m writing this review the same day I sent the withdrawal request to go to my bank account so I don’t know how it’s going to go and if they are actually going to given me my money but based on what the reviews are saying and based on what happened a couple of hours ago, I have my doubts that I’ll get my money from them. I’m probably going to be waiting for over a week without ever getting my refund and when I contact them they’ll tell me I need to provide proof of ID and then they’re either going to say the image isn’t clear enough like they have done to other people that have left reviews, or they are going to say it’s all good and tell me I can try to withdraw again. Then I’m going to have to wait another week and they are going to then ask for a bank statement and on and on and on just so they can stall my withdrawal as long as possible and hope that each they cancel my withdrawal request I just get fed up and end up betting the money away on their site.

Anyway what happened a couple of hours ago is what has led me to leave this review and further shows that the scumbags are scammers. They tried to take money out of my account even though I didn’t try to make a deposit. Thankfully when I’m testing new bookmakers I use a bank account that has a very low amount of money in case they try to pull what sporting bet tried to pull and try to take money out of my account even though I didn’t deposit. Thankfully I only had £30 in my account and the deposit was declined by my bank due to insufficient funds. I have no idea how much they tried to take from my bank account (transaction history or statement doesn’t tell me that) but it was probably a lot since they knew that the likelihood of me ever deposited money into my account they or ever using them again after the crap they had already tried to pull was slim to none. I had £300 in my PayPal account which I withdrew immediately because they have access to my PayPal account too and I’m not sure if they can take money out of my PayPal. I’ll have to call PayPal to ask if they are able to open a request to take money out of PayPal account before leaving anymore money in there and I plan on cancelling my bank card and ordering a new one so these crooks don’t have my bank details

I am so disappointed on sporting bet. I have withdrew my money from 23 December 2020 and its still pending even nw. I call and complain they said I must send bank statement and ID Copy I did that. Even now I have not receive my money. It very disappointing bcoz when you deposit within seconds its deposited when you withdraw it takes long it can be days or Month. This is the worse site to play . I have made a deposit on 600 pounds and with no reason they hust made a limit of 0'90 pence for bet. I asked what is the reason and not had any answer back 🤬🤮 There are the the bigger thieves I do not recomend the site !!

I signed up and deposited £50 once they emailed me saying I was fully verified by the electoral role. Once I tried to play, they closed my account. I have never held an account with these before. And they are not refunding my money. They keep telling me it is being processed but this was over a week ago. The customer service staff are rude and not helpful at all. Surely what they are doing is illegal??? Is there anything I can do to legally challenge these con artists?

Signed up on Saturday morning not a problem, got an email saying I was fully verified and could deposit and withdraw! deposited money and played for the day withdrawing money at tea time, woke up Sunday morning and my account was closed as I had self excluded on a sister site which is fair enough, but why let me sign up, tell me I’m fully verified and deposit!!

Keep making excuses not to pay my winnings, I need to provide photo ID, but not to make a deposit, then saying ID not clear enough although picture perfectly clear, wish I'd checked Trustpilot before signing up. You would think theyd want punters. Never had this problem with any other betting site.

Try to avoid this gambling site if you can. I managed to win some money they paid my winnings but after that they put a limit of 0.91 pence for me to bet.

I had account with £600 balance . I left the account for a while. When I tried logging in again I could not. I asked them to give me access and they claimed they had not record of the account. I even sent them an email, originally from them, detailing the account username and account balance. They still claim they do not have a record of the account, luckily I do and I have sent it to them

Sporting Bet need to be honest if they are going to be a bookmaker and SportingBet are not.

Do not open an account wth them. Close your account if you have one and get your money out.

If they will not pay you the money complain to the UK and Gibraltor Gambling Commission and object to their licence. Also consider a small claims case in County Court

Really sad seeing all these negative reviews, I've been using sportingbet for years and I can honestly say it's the best site by far, they cover all sports and if you're a fan of slots, they've got every single game you can think of (not all casinos do) their customer service has always been on point, if you use fast bank transfer you get your winnings within 24 hours, I withdrew some cash at 3pm y'day and it's already in my account 12.30pm. They've added a withdrawal lock feature which I absolutely love, there's been one time too many where I've reversed it and lost the lot, Only thing I wish they had was live videos for horse racing but apart from that I can honestly say I can't fault them so all you that are leaving bad reviews are clearly dodgy.

When you get a bonus, the game will often freeze and tell you there was an error. But the very worst thing they do is that on BIG WINS, like over £2000, they tell you it was a technical glitch and don't pay out. So basically, you have ZERO chance of winning anything ever. Had my account locked the next day after a big win ( got x500 at lighting roulette). But after a few days of chat with customer service and sending my documents, they returned access.

By some reason, they accept only wire transfers for me ( both for deposit and withdraw).
