Thank you for taking the time to leave another review. We're sorry you're still unhappy with the outcome.
As we explained previously, we were happy to replace the tyre if it was found to be faulty. However, before we were able to arrange this, you advised that you had disposed of the tyre and had already purchased a replacement elsewhere, instead requesting a refund. Unfortunately, without the original tyre, we're unable to inspect the reported fault or return it to the manufacturer for assessment, so we're not in a position to process a warranty claim or issue a refund.
We always aim to resolve genuine product issues quickly and fairly, but this does require the original item to be available. If the tyre has not in fact been disposed of, please email us at info@sportandleisure.com and we'll be happy to review the matter.

Helpful prompt resolution of a problem
I initially ordered a wrongly specified bike part. I reported this outside the 14 day refund window but your operator helped me choose the right one and issued a credit note so that I could purchase it without losing money. All done very efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend Sport and Leisure to anyone purchasing bike parts online.
