I was nervous to purchase from an…

I was nervous to purchase from an online company for a large project. I placed an order for peel and stick wallpaper and it didn’t install like it was supposed to. I reached out to support and they were great so I will highly recommended this company and they have a customer for life.

I wouldn't recommend the pre pasted wallpaper

I got some of the pre pasted wallpaper and while I love the pattern I'm not a fan of the wallpaper itself. You have to overlap the pieces on the edges by at least a 1/2", I think it was a bit more than that to get the pattern to line up. I chose a pretty busy pattern so there was a lot of pushing and pulling to get it right. I still had spots on one panel where some lined up and others were just close, Nothing I could do about it. I had intended to go back and double cut the seams to get rid of the overlap but decided not to because I didn't think I would end up with good results with this paper. I give 5 stars to the artist who gave me the custom color I asked for. I would NOT recommend using this wallpaper and won't order from Spoonflower again due to issue with matching the pattern and the overlap needed on the seams.

I am not technically inclined and needed help. I set the appointment and they kept it. The attendant was kind and helpful. The product that I received , a middle panel for a quilt , is absolutely stunning! Thank you Spoonflower !!

Problem resolved in timely and friendly manner

I had a problem which I had low expectations of being resolved since it was my own fault. Brianna, in Customer Service, listened patiently and assured me she would look into and she did. A couple days later, Brianna emailed me with a solution and thanks to her the issue was solved beyond what I expected. Spoonflower is most assuredly a 5 Star company with 5 Star employees.

Spoonflower shorted my fabric order; their cotton shrinks unevenly

I ordered 20 yards of fabric, but the amount of PRINTED fabric on the roll was only 710.5 inches, not 720 inches. The pattern ended 9.5 inches short of where it should have. Despite my complaining to the company, Spoonflower has not made up this shortfall; their snippy response letters make it seem like the shortfall was MY fault.
I also had trouble ordering. Spoonflower did not give vertical and horizontal repeat information for the fabric I wanted. To order during a President’s Day Sale, I had to estimate, using their online image, where the fabric is rippled, and does not lie flat against the yardstick. When I wrote to Spoonflower Help, asking for the correct repeat dimensions, their answer was incorrect— as I later found out, by a factor of 1.5 to 1 !
I am also having trouble working with this fabric. The website recommends washing and ironing it before cutting and sewing, using Delicates cycles. When I did that, the fabric shrank as predicted, but unevenly. Curtain panels that I made by joining 3 lengths of material, have their pattern going uphill (that is, losing up to 1 inch) instead of going straight across, as it should.

Beautiful designs no customer service

They have beautiful designs, but don’t expect any customer service if there is a problem with your order. No phone number, only email messages and it’s been over 24 h during the week and no response.

Excellent Customer Service

I received a fabric print that missed the mark a bit. The Customer Service representative was quick to respond and do what could be done to make things right. No fuss, no muss, no hassles. Sometimes mistakes happen, what counts is how you handle it- and in this case, it was handled excellently.

Warning about wallpaper, read before buying!

TLDR: "the life-spam of our Peel and Stick is 1-2 years and the time in the box before installation may have impacted the longevity or adhesive"
I had purchased wallpaper from Spoonflower before and it has been hanging fine (thus the 2 stars), but I later spent almost $600 on wallpaper for another room and it started falling 5 weeks after hanging. Because of life, I had not hung it right away, so it was outside the 30 day window when they may have done something about it. I reached out and they responded with the quote above. Those facts HAD NOT BEEN DISCLOSED prior to me making the purchase.
I'm writing this review to warn others before they make the same mistake.

Falling off my walls!

I spent over $1,000.00 on the peel and stick wallpaper. It took me several weeks to install. It's been 5 months and it's falling off my walls. I'm sick about it- I worked very hard to match and get the seams just right. I installed a bathroom sink, toilet, and light fixtures over the wallpaper. Putting up new wallpaper will be even more difficult now. If I had to do it over I would purchase regular wallpaper and hire a professional to do the install. Expensive lesson learned.
