Vegan Friendly Splosh is vegan-friendly, septic tank safe and we NEVER test our products or ingredients on animals. All Natural Our products are as natural as we can make them, so they’re kind to the environment and gentle on your skin. Great Value Splosh is great value because we cut out the middleman and deliver direct to you from our base in Wales. Strong Design Splosh bottles have printed designs and are very strong - so they should last for many years. Our mission here at Splosh is to find innovative ways to protect the planet – to find better ways of living and being. And if we’re going to preserve our beautiful world for future generations, we need to act fast. But supermarkets and big soap brands aren’t moving swiftly enough. Almost all their home and personal care products are still packaged in single use plastic bottles. It’s madness! Splosh is different. Every bottle we sell is refillable with our concentrated refill pouches, which means that you – our discerning customers – cut out plastic waste. And if you return your used refill pouches to us, we upcycle them into new products. And that means zero plastic waste, which is a huge win for the planet. The Splosh Ethos We want the very best for our customers and the planet. That's why we tore up the rule book and created a new business model. Raw materials arrive at one end of the Splosh factory and Royal Mail collect finished goods from the other. It makes us incredibly efficient – there’s no middleman, minimal waste and no excess transport – so we’re often better value than supermarkets and Big Soap brands. We don’t believe in plastic waste. With a little out-of-the-box thinking it can be turned into a valuable resource (after all plastic is a very efficient packaging material and in many ways is superior to cardboard). By applying “circular economy” principles we gladly take back used refill pouches (postage is usually free) and either re-use them or reprocess them into new, higher value products. That’s the big innovation – by closing the loop, plastic can be upcycled as a valuable resource that’s crazy to throw away. We’ve made the lifecycle of plastics as round as possible. Our bottles are designed for re-use again and again. Our pouches significantly cut plastic waste and CO2 emissions are reduced by around 75% (they contain concentrates and stack easily for distribution). Pouches also compress in size when returned, so minimising CO2 emissions (bottles stay bulky when sent for recycling). No polymer is wasted in refilling or reprocessing. Our raw materials are sourced from the UK where possible. Our factory is based in Newtown in the heart of Wales. We are a small team and we’re proud to be doing our best to make the world a better place. And if we can't find what we need locally, we never source further than mainland Europe.

Used Splosh products for years

Used Splosh products for years, particularly the washing up liquid, but soooo disappointed, what’s happened to it! It’s utterly useless now, persevered as wondered if it was just a bad batch, but it’s been repeatedly poor. I’ve had to stop using their products.

Having used splosh now for several years, its time to move on. The quality of the products is now pretty low, particularly the washing up liquid as others have mentioned. Also the refill softer plastic isn't that convenient to recycle with the hard plastic lid. So I'm going back to Ecover and other environmentally friendly, non cruelty products.

Stock & Quality Issues

As almost everyone else has said - constantly out of stock - feel like I’ve been a subscriber for years but for the last 12 months it’s just been delay after delay. What I do get I’m sure the quality has reduced - feels a lot more watery when diluted per the instructions than it used to

Only ever receive the stock response of “ supply issues” but it’s been too long for that not to be sorted now.

I wonder how the company is still going - no social media posts any longer and from what I can see no replies to trust pilot anymore - feels like they’ve given up maybe

A real shame as products used to be great

Had to cancel my subscription

I had been using Splosh for years for washing up liquid, kitchen and bathroom cleaner, used to be great. However the subscription for the washing up liquid is erratic at best, I haven't received washing up liquid for months, the quality of the the concentrate has gone down as well. I had contacted splosh and was told supply issues etc. The other products are better, but supply can be an issue. I've cancelled my subscriptions and moved to a competitor as I couldn't rely on them anymore and it felt like I was having to spend time trying to catch items when they came in stock.

Not the products they used to be.

I have used this company for some years but I have had to move away from them. It started when their products were constantly out of stock. I persevered and ordered when I could, until they started advertising stock they clearly didn't have. My order didn't arrive after a number of weeks, despite promises. Since cancelling that order I started my last pouch of washing up liquid and it's utterly useless. Using twice the quantity of concentrate gives the right consistency but I always have a layer of scum floating on the top of the water, and no bubbles at all. I am often only washing a few bits as I have a dishwasher.

The hand soap is also very thin and watery when made at the right proportions.

I'm so disappointed, I loved this product. I may continue to purchase the washing powder, if they actually have any.

So now I have bottles that will end up in landfill.... great!!

Finally unsubscribed from email list

Finally unsubscribed from email list. It took me long enough to realise that although I was getting emails with offers of money off, nothing I wanted was in stock. In fact it's been over a year since any of the things I used to buy were in stock. What a shame it was good while it lasted.

Splosh customer for years but it's gone downhill

I've been a Splosh customer for years but recently it has gone extremely downhill. My last order was over a year ago and everything why fine up until then. I placed an order recently and was extremely restricted by how many products were out of stock. I ordered some XL refill concentrate but what I received was far less quantity in a ready to use liquid. Totally not what I ordered. I read a previous review that had said Splosh had been bought out in 2024 and that the new owners have driven it into the ground and replacing products with cheap off the shelf products. This is not the Splosh I want.

Splosh have not responded back to my messages for the wrong item so will be contacting my credit card company and getting them to make a charge back. Please avoid using Splosh to avoid disappointment.

Refills not available

I have used Sposh for several years now and recommended them to friends etc. However for the past year more and more products do not have refills available and the service is no longer reliable. too frustrating. I'm sad about this as I was a real convert and enjoyed not adding the plastic problem. Will have to find an alternative.

Ordered item 2 weeks ago, not shipped, won't give refund

Bought dishwasher tablets and bathroom cleaner 2 weeks ago.

Order has still not been shipped. Have had to buy from the supermarket instead. Splosh are ignoring my requests for a refund.

At this point I am wondering if they are deliberately scamming customers. Needless to say I won't be using them again, which is a shame because I was happy with them for years.

Washing up liquid. No Good!

We always buy the Kitchen and the Bathroom cleaners.
Our last order included the Washing up liquid. It has been extremely disappointing. I followed the dilution instructions and found that the suds disappear in the lightest washes and the crockery needs many extra shots to get them clean, no fat and grease present etc. In my opinion the sachet we had was rubbish and it will not be bought again. Back to Ecover I guess.

Used to be a great company

Used to be a great company - products well priced and good quality now they are quite expensive but I could forgive that if I could get them! Every time I go to buy the products are out of stock or discontinued. I want a refill handwashing pouch but no I now have to buy a package with two pump bottles and a large pouch - I already have the pump bottles- surely this makes a mockery of what they are trying to do?? No longer a customer!

Great products, great idea all went downhill

Very disappointed as there are no other company on the market who offers products in this price range with these storage options and an option to send back bags. Been a long time subscriber but I think it's been a year now that I'm not getting my regular products because they are constantly out of stock. Not sure what happened keep getting the same standard message. As I said it's disappointing. The only reason I keep the subscriptions running because even one refill here and there helps me and the environment. The price was also great, haven't found good replacements yet. But I'm looking every single time when a product is out of stock. Wontt be long to leave the company completely

Lack of product availability

Long time subscriber now disappointed by the lack of product availability. I don't know what's changed in their business model but now can't get the refills I need when I need them. Such a shame - I really don't want to have to go back to buying traditional products - the positive environmental impact was terrific and as for the saving in storage space - amazing! But if they don't have stock then watchya gonna do?

Were brilliant but no longer reliable

Same as everyone else has said. Used to be great but gone downhill. No longer reliable. “New” website still not great. Products out of stock so long I’ve had to go back to single use products! Switching to Wild who have just launched some great looking products.

We are really sorry that you have experienced issues with out of stocks and your subscriptions.

Sadly, we have been experiencing continued issues with our raw material supplies. This has meant that we have not been able to produce our much loved products for our customers. We have worked tirelessly, with a mission to help our customers prevent more than 2.5 million single-use plastic bottles from ending up in bins. We are continuing our journey and looking at why we do things the way we do and how, as a small, sustainable business we can continue evolving.

We want the very best for our customers. We take great care to source ingredients that are non-toxic, with minimal environmental impact once they go down your drain.

The team are working extremely hard to ensure that all stock is back and can be provided consistently.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this. We are very aware of how inconvenient and frustrating our out of stock issues have been for our loyal customers.

I now cancelled my subscriptions after over 5 years - because of the reliability issues. I'm really disappointed that a brilliant service has gone down hill - hopefully it'll be sorted soon but it feels like its been going on too long with. Sorry Steve.

Maybe I'll be back if the completion isn’t up to it and the service improves.
