Worse response in resolving issues... It happened two times that i made a deposite and the amount was deducted from my account but didn't added in wallet... what next now.. I keep calling the customer care at 18002035010 ... they directed me for live chat section .. and there first they say please wait for an hour our concerned team will resolve the issue... but after some calls and msgs they told me to wait for 3 to 5 working days... but the amount was not added in wallet.. they keep giving the same typical replies for many days... after some days I myself stopped calling or messaging as it makes me so frustrated... afterall worse behaviour...

Again couple of time I made withdrawal and the amount was deducted from my gaming wallet but didn't credited in my bank account... then the same procedure of customer care and live chat section was faced by me as told in above deposited issue...

Worse worse and worse...
I specially want to tell the new people , please avoid depositing money in spinmatch24... they will Suck you mentally...

I played Spinmatch games recently, and I got a welcome bonus as well. Also, I won some matches successfully, i withdrawal the funds.

I deposited ₹19,800 in Spinmatch24, but the amount was not credited to my wallet and also not refunded back to my bank.

This is clearly a fake and fraudulent website. Many other users are facing the same issue, and everyone is getting the same reply like “details forwarded to the concerned team” with no resolution at all.

Spin match is a fraud I make withdrawal on this app which shows successful in the transactions but didn’t credit into tha bank account and when I contact to the customer care first they tell me ur withdrawal is on some verification process and then they make excuses u breached our policies and blocked my account and my money was looted by them.
I kindly request please do not play on this kind of gaming app it’s a scam .

My name is Alan George I have deposited plenty of money in spinmach platform. I have added a new Bank account and withdrawn 43560 on 14 October and the transaction showing as failure and the money never returned.so I contacted their live chat and they told me it's some kind of verification and the withdrawal will succeed soon. So I just waited for 2 days now still the transaction showing as failure.

So I just deposited 101 again on 16 October "today" and tried to withdraw it and it's also immediately become failure within seconds. So I contacted their customer service agent and they only have the same reason. The transaction still in verification.

so I humbly request please don't deposit In Their platform. Your money will be gone forever.

I deposited ₹15,000 and won ₹25,000, but my account was blocked immediately after winning. Customer support is not responding properly. It seems this platform blocks accounts when players win large amounts. Users should be very cautious before depositing money. Highly disappointed and frustrated. Don't deposit frod scam site !

I made a deposit on 20 th july and it has not been added to my gaming wallet not I have been refunded ... All I get is a promise that it will be solved soon ... Daily I have to explain to a new person what happened and give him all the details he will promise and escape next day new guy never ending process

10day ago not add my bank not received my spinmatch wallet customer care same reply daily (We have already forwarded your details) this reply daily customer care not resolved my problem 10day ago but I don't know whether they will give me my deposit or not but these people reply every evening It has been 10 days, customer care is not resolving the issue, everyone gives one or the other reply
