I purchased a mobility scooter

I purchased a mobility scooter from them just the other day it arrived today damaged I sent them pictures. They did say they were going to send it to the manufacturer but I wanted to talk to them because I feel that the product they sent me was returned. It was a scooter, and then instructions they gave me. they said the battery needs to be connected when you get it it was already connected and it also said the battery needs to be charged because it will not have a charge on it when it arrived the battery was hooked up, and the battery was 100% charged plus The Styrofoam that was packaged in it was just crumbs. I sent them pictures of that. Also I tried to have them contact me they just don’t respond.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a wheelchair online and some of my choices were not consistent with the wheelchair specs. Jeff (Spinlife customer service rep) called me and made sure all of my choices were wheelchair compliant, and what I really wanted on my chair. Geat customer service!

We purchased Rouge wheelchair from…

We purchased Rouge wheelchair from spin life . A sales person , Trent was who took us through the process . He was very detailed in helping us . Also his patience and kind words made this process so easy . When the chair arrived we are so happy with it . When it’s time to purchase another chair I will be calling Trent again. Lead Time Changes After I Paid?

Two things:
1) About an hour after I placed the order, you doubled the lead time. Get that straight up front, NOT after you've taken someone's money.
2) Maybe more ROHO's fault, but finding a part number for their cushions on their site or yours is a hassle and then doesn't even do any good, because the cushion-covers are sold by measurement. Actual measurements can be off an inch short or long measuring something like that.

The lead-time thing is the one that got you two stars.

I appreciate the response, but the TEN to fifteen days lead stated was superceded by the date provided upon placing the order, which was less than fifteen. Later, it was changed again to fifteen days. Once I wrote the review, it was changed to a shorter date.

VivaLift Ultra

The site has a lot of information on it and alot of specific options on lift chairs. I found the site easy to navigate. I also drove to the Delaware store to see a sampling of lift chairs on display and fabrics availability.

I guess Spinlife generic useless…

I guess Spinlife generic useless message from vendor didn’t see that I’ve already called 6 times and all 6 said they would get back to me , well I’m still a paraplegic and you never call back so everyone that’s the true response to this cya message from someone who knows nothing but send out a useless message.
