I want to close my account and it's impossible. The person you have to email to do so has a personal Gmail account which is a massive red flag!! Doesn't reply to emails and I've asked maybe 10 times to close my account and this still hasn't happened. DONT USE THIS CASINO!! you can tell that all the good reviews on here are fake!!

i am currently in the middle of the same experience everyone is mentioning below, i deposited approx. £1400 in total over the first couple of days and taking some winning here and there, total combined winnings of 2200 have been requested to withdraw, after the 48 hours passed they said my bank refused to take payments? have you ever hear a bank refusing to take money! exactly! so now i have 1000 which they state my bank refused to take and 1200 still pending review, so like anyone would do i chased this up with the support team and they where all very nice and courteous, they said wait for a email from withdrawal team who will ask you for some documents, i have now waited 4 days, i contact them again and they say they did email me yesterday, total lie, as i have been diligently looking and waiting for this email , then today they have locked my account stating responsible gambling, i contact support again and they say we will email you again, still nothing!!! and now the chat support just hang up the call every time i contact them. i will update with any changes but due to the amounts involved i have no choice but to contact the gambling authority to make an official report, unfortunately i did not research this casino prior to using , if i had of then i would have stayed well clear, anyone else who requires help with making an official complaint here is my email, , i will help assist to make a complaint to the relevant gambling authority so we state the case and get places who operate like this stopped.

I played spinland with no problem till I won than my account was locked for no reason. First of all them said my birth date was 2024 why than would u take deposits. Customer services are rude and answer no questions. Than There said my address was wrong than email. THAN looked and verified all docs but still never unlocked account so I could withdrew winning. Now daily eccuses with no one able to help. Google should block this site as its a fake site OK by Google

6 weeks and counting now, still won't give me my winnings. They keep asking g for proof of cards that are cancelled, so give proof from bank and they ask for a different deleted card, and now they have blocked my account. Absolutely fraudsters.

The site is strange, I just bought 5 £20 bonuses on a game and in every single bonus I didn’t even hit one connect? The scripts are different to all other sights most of the bonus’s don’t pay anywhere near money back or if they do they pay decent as I’ve had a few good wins but the site is not good at all, and you can only make 1 withdrawal at a time until it has been processed then you can make another but that’s between 7-21 working days.
