SCAM WARNINGTotal Fraud - Fake No Deposit Bonus

SCAM WARNING! They lure players with a 'No Deposit' bonus, but once you finish the wagering requirements, they change the terms. They demand a $15 'verification deposit' and suddenly claim the minimum withdrawal is $100 (after their system automatically caps your balance at $95). This is a fraud network operating without a German GGL license. Avoid at all costs!

Yeah I think this is a bogus casino…

Yeah I think this is a bogus casino game because I used one other coupon things and I literally had to get $2,200 to be able to cash out and right when I was like a few dollars it just wouldn't let me verify my identity and it's fake yeah

Confiscated $1,000 Winnings & Refusing to Check Their Own Logs

I am extremely disappointed with Spin Dinero. They confiscated $1,000 of my winnings by claiming "mixed funds"—a complete contradiction of the instructions I was given by their own staff.

On February 28, I took the proactive step of contacting Live Chat to ensure my account was clear of all previous coupon restrictions before I made a fresh verification deposit. The agent explicitly told me I was "good to go." I played in good faith based on that professional assurance.

Now, they are hiding behind a technicality and have completely ignored my emails since March 4th. I have requested multiple times that they simply review their internal chat logs from Feb 28 to see the confirmation I was given, but they refuse to respond.

This is a total lack of transparency and integrity. If you value your money and expect a casino to honor the word of its own support team, stay far away from Spin Dinero. I have already escalated this matter to the CDS.

Wasted my night playing for funds I won't even get to have

If they send you "free chips" or "free plays", don't bother playing them. They will not actually allow you to withdraw any of your winnings earned from the welcome "free play" bonus. I won $113.00 and they denied me my withdrawal, saying that I tried used more than one bonus at a time. I didnt know I couldn't, and if they didnt want me to use more than one at a time then why did they make more than one bonus available at the same time the other bonuses were available... its all a scam in order to get you to make a deposit. Then after you make the deposit, im thinking now that they will make it so that you lose all if that too. Waste of time and very conning. Zero stars if I could... respectfully.

I have to say this about this place man…

I have to say this about this place man it blows my mind how they're willing to lose a good customer because they're Shady I go and I win on some free spins it takes some longer than it usually does to pay me for some reason and not to mention they shortchanged me by 30 bucks they gave me 70 instead of the hundred that I was told I was going to get and they say it's due to a difference in currency well that shouldn't matter if you tell me I'm getting $100 I should get $100 not 70 not 90 not 80 $100 is what I should get and then when I talk to him about it I get blown off and disrespected by I believe his name is Alex Smith which sounds funny to me but anyway that's a whole different subject and refuses to let me talk to management and when I ask again the chat is cut off these dudes are ridiculous here it's a shame too because I like the games they're pretty good but just the customer support and how Shady they are makes it way less than a one star I don't even know how they got as many as they got I'm telling you right now don't put your money here something's fishy in this area
