This company among many others are shady business owners running an illegal online pokies here in Australia and i strongly believe that if they werent operating many Australians wouldnt be going through financial hardship, divorces and home foreclosures. And yes we are all grown adults and our problem is our problem (gambling addiction) so im going to first admit and acknowledge my choices as per everyone else out there who is going through the same thing, whether youre in recovery or still an active gambler these platforms are first of all NOT supposed to operate here in Australia. I have spoken with the ACMA and it has been confirmed hundreds of these platforms are indeed operating without the appropriate licences whether its wagering or betting. They are not allowed to operate here period so the fact that i say its these people who ruin Australian lives im saying this with a true fact and not from a gamblers point of view who has lost his money and are bitter. No i couldnt careless of what was or what could have been me among many others would agree we do feel down when we face the lost of a pay check but we do quickly move on and forget that it even happens so its NOT about that just to put it out there.
No, its the fact that (one)- WHEN YOU WIN THEY HAVE ALL THE STORIES TO TELL YOU OF HOW NOT TO PAY OUT OR GIVE YOU SO MUCH TROUBLE WHEN IT COMES TO A WIN YET ALONE A BIG WIN.
i have won close to 100,000 in 1 session alone and long story short i had to fight for what was mine and of what iv won after spending double that of my winnings and all i got was about 10k out of it and that was pretty lucky that i even got it. Most of the time they say what they have to say and stick with it and guess what you 99% of the time dont see your winnings if it exceeds more than 3k unless you are known to them and have spent alot for you to be classified as an asset to them. On clountless occassions i have won between 3k - 6k i did NOT get paid out. So i know what im talking about and i speak on behalf of many of us who are UPSET with these platforms and I even say out loud. Should these platform owners ever step foot into our soil and we know who they are i dare say they are xxxx before they even leave the carpark lot. Their so called customer support are rude, useless and dont care about anyone else other than themselves! I say this with a passsion and this goes back to what iv been saying at the start of this as part of me voicing out the reason why they shouldnt operate here in australia and why its there illegal operations that has fxxked us up hard. Not PAYING when you win, is the biggest issue why i say its their fault why so many australians face hardship. We either spend our paychecks or mortgage that puts us way behind and just when we think theres a glimmer of hope and our felocify of winning it back hense the reason why we all continue to play is in fact truly digging our own grave. The fact that you breathe a sigh of relief when you see a decent portion of winnings is a glimpse of hope and things will start to look better?! Really isnt and they make you go through all these nonsense of verifying aswell as take you around in circles for days even weeks just for you to later see a result and an outcome of nothing and if anything more problems due to this debt you think have been sorted even making promises to people just to then later hide or having to tell them that youve been fxxked over or breaching a contract that youve signed in regards to this direct winnings that you thought was a glimpse of saviour.
The other fact that i see about these platforms are that when you make a deposit?! They tell you that it hasnt been received and to wait just to tell you that you need to raise a Transaction Dispute and then end it there.....leaving you to raise this dispute that takes anywhere between 2 weeks to 8weeks. It recently happened to me with the one and only spin420 i deposited 300 dollars and they at first said they were having difficulties accessing their banking just for them to then say days later that they didnt recieve my funds. How could they not receive my funds after 7 days WHEN PAYID IS IN MOST CASES INSTANT AND IF THERE WERE A DELAY AT THE MOST IS 24HOURS DUE TO SECURITY REASONS BUT THATS IT.
I do hope the australian authorities do see this and actually do something about it....cos i could be driving and not where a seatbelt and im slapped with a 500 dollar fine meanwhile these people are stealing, operating illegally, money laundering, etc.... and our authorities do pretty much nothing to stop these people.
