i purchased their full drip irrigation kit with smart controls and sensors and the first ac10 power strip that arrived was faulty however after contacting spider farmer their support was amazing, quickly responded and just asked for some evidance of my issue to see how they could best support me, i provide everything they asked and they come to the conclusion that it needed to be replaced and they sent me another hub free of charge and i was even able to keep the old one for spares. after setting everything up the soil sensors all report consistent results from meter to meter when placed in the same place, i also got their 5 in 1 sensor that reads co2 and ppfd aswell as temp and humidity and being able to see everything in one place is very nice and ive noticed they refresh with new information every 5 seconds or so maybe sooner. i also got the g5000 and this was much brighter than expected and performs amazingly so far in my tent. i have and would recommend to others

I am a reseller and also a customer, I have to say that I am very happy with the most of the products, you get what you pay.
I have 3 fully equipped tents and so far all good.
Customer support has been working flawless with me, no issues at all. Every once in a while equipment brakes, I always got replacement on time and one time there was no units available they contacted me and offered a good alternative.
All in all I will keep using and recommending both their products as support.

I got G5000 last year as my main grow light. As with all their lights, they're rated 50,000 hours. Notice I said "rated"? They won't guarantee it. Because they know so many fail they'd go bankrupt!
Loved mine so much, Even have the add on supplement bars. The plants came out wonderful. But, as Murphy's law would have it, thing started flickering couple weeks ago. Slowly got worse. Been trying and trying to get help. Now LEDs are dead and so are my plants, all because they're customer service. I've Honest to god wondered if they have customer service or if it's whoever is closest to the phone, if u feel like answering. Loved the light, hate the way the bus is run. Relative to others they r young company that's only worth 2mill, where as Mars Hydro worth 10mill. You'd think spider farmer would help right away, prove they are a superior company.
They're more just a warehouse. They buy generic lights like ones on Alibaba. Then put their logo on and refuse to help, cuz they know nothing, they've never built anything they are a DROP SHIPPER, end of story. They're gonna sink, companies like Viparspectra, rdj bouns are catching up quick!

Great quality products and service.
After 6 months of daily use I didn’t notice a single problem with light/ extractor/ tent/ dehumidifier/ controller. Just a small issue with the oscillation of the fan, handled in 2 days by the customer service. They asked for 2 pics and sent me a new one.
It’s my first time writing anything online. They asked me to write a good review after solving my issue and to be honest I’m quite happy to do that.

So... I made mistake of adding wrong item to my order,paying and immediately tought i wont be a ble to change it. About hour later I wrote to their customer service explaining situation and they were able to remove wrong item from order and refund me. Thank you SpiderFarmer, most companies would take the money and "made a run for it".
Will continue to shop with them, as Im very satisfied with products and customer sevice was really helpfull.

We had some issues with our fans, so we contacted customer support. They were extremely helpful, and both fans were replaced under warranty.
We haven't had any problems with the rest of our Spider-Farmer equipment. Great equipment and excellent support.

Really happy with my experience with Spider Farmer so far. The products feel very good quality and everything has been working great. I only had one very small hiccup with the light, but customer service was quick to respond and very helpful throughout the process which made it easy to sort out. Postage was also faster than expected, only taking a few days. I also liked that parts of the order arrived separately, which felt a bit more discreet. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend.

I bought into the spider-farmer-ecosystem after some research and despite some negative publicity on social media. (reddit, etc.)
The Sensors, Fans, Lights, Inline fan and Controller are working seamlessly together and the software updates added some additional functionality which I very much appreciate. (hoping for more in the future)
After having issues with the 5 in 1 ph-meter I contacted customer service as instructed on their website.
Spider Farmer responded fast and replaced my ph-meter within a week without any additional cost on my side.
All in all - great experience.

I ordered the spider farmer 4000. It was supposed to have stainless steel clip on hangers enclosed. I ordered it off of Amazon . The only hangers included were the ones you use to raise the light up and down but the clip diameter does not fit the hole in the light..... And the cheap parts inside the included cloth hanger tilted and ripped itself. This has happened twice to me with this company. I shouldn't have bought another one. The lights are great but if you can't hang the dang thing of what value are they? The opening on the light for mounting is oddly shaped and very tiny. I'm never buying from these people again as I have not heard back since I reached out. If they ever get back with me and provide the hangers I will be happy to edit my review. I don't have time for this back and forth nonsense I am a Special Needs Mom. Spider Farmer : DO BETTER

I'm now going back and forth in my email dealing with nonsense sending photos they know very clearly they did not include the hangers it's not the first time they've done this I have spent $4,000 with this company and they will never get another Penny from me .
I sent them photos order numbers Etc and Nolan is absolutely useless I am making it my mission to let everyone I know know about the situation including my 1.5 million reach on social media

The fan started squeaking after only a short period of use and then failed completely. While the product durability was disappointing, the support was excellent. They were very fast, and the replacement was delivered to Germany within just 3 days. Good service, but the hardware needs improvement.
