If I could give these 0 stars I most certainly would no way of contacting them when a third party email landed in my account despite never registering with them or the third party it my would appear they have stolen my email address and reported to action fraud

Also apparently you cannot withdraw to a debit card. Yes you read that correctly. They let you deposit using a debit card but you cannot withdraw to one.

I'm just hoping I've not lost £85 because this site seems shady as anything.

I joined spicy casino today and made my first deposit. When I tried to access the games I got a constant error message of unable to load resources.
I went onto the chat and was advised to use a different browser, clear my cookies and my data which I did, but this had no effect.
I said as I was unable to gamble I might as well close the account. With no effort to resolve the issue, or even be polite, she closed the account even though I was in credit. I would advise all potential users to avoid the site. As I see it she has stolen my money.

is the live customer support. Unfortunately good live chat does not make up for such a poor site with terrible games and unclear bonus requirements.

There are no other pro's to using this site. the bonus is very deceiving and makes you think you are getting something good but you will never reach the wagering requirements needed to reach withdrawal status, you cannot even withdraw any of your initial deposit until you meet all requirements.

All the games are all cones or copies of the real machines. never even heard of some of the companies that provide these games to this site. wins are poor, bonuses are few and far between.

I had to contact customer service 3 times within an hour as you cannot see where your free spins are or how much you have left to go through on the bonus.

I would be amazed if anyone has ever got anything out of the bonus.

If you get a win whilst playing with you deposited money (not bonus money) you still cannot withdraw. this is the first site I have used where you cannot do that, most sites let you forfeit any bonus if you wish to withdraw any real cash.

Basically, once you deposit you have to wager through thousands if you ever want to see any of that money ever again.

All in all a bad experience and I would advise staying clear of the bonus and just playing with real money only, at least you will have the option to withdraw any winning if you choose. would of had more fun playing a free casino game from the app store.
