Great communication and perseverance
Great experience working with Wendy Docherty and Megan Kurt at SPF to arrange our mortgage. Highly responsive with clear and friendly communication. When there was a small hiccough in the process, they worked fast to find an alternative. In the end we got the best deal so a great outcome.

Kenan Rifat helped me sort out my mortgage from start to finish. As a first time buyer I did not have a lot of knowledge regarding the process but Kenan made it very simple and easy for me throughout. Mortgage For First Home
The SPF team, and in particular Kane Daniel and Ben Davies were fantastic in helping us secure the mortgage for our first home. They were professional and incredibly responsive during the whole process, even outside of working hours and over weekends. They made the whole process as stress free as possible and we would certainly reccomend them to anyone.

Positive Experience

I’ve been a client using SPF’s services…
I’ve been a client using SPF’s services on the mortgage as well as health insurance side since 2020. On the mortgage side, Daniel Munoz has helped me twice and been helpful in reaching a good outcome on a small property I own. On the health insurance side, Adam Blake and Ruby Kimble have been helpful twice as well, most recently helping me in what can be a stressful and drawn out process with the healthcare insurance provider. Their persistence and help was much appreciated and I continue to recommend SPF on both sides!

Consistently excellent and personal service over several years. SPF have assisted us with both mortgages for main and rental properties, as well as insurance. Friendly, efficient, accurate and responsive in all communications, and have made these processes very easy. Highly recommended.

Quick to respond and able to get a better rate during the process
My contacts at SPF were quick to respond and supported us through our first remortgage - which came with a number of questions.
Having got a favorable rate secured and agreed, following the Bank of England's decision to lower interest rates in December, SPF were able to go back to the lender and negotiate a lower rate for our fixed period and get everything updated before the fixed term end - very happy with their service
