Lack of response
1st - the speakers are1st class - no problem with them at all. But, have emailed the company twice seeking advice but have had no response. Disappointing. Not a big issue, I admit - I am moving house and need boxes to pack the speakers in safely (the originals are no longer available). Spendor do not have spare boxes (!) -they already told me that so I asked (twice) for details of the company which manufactures them so I could contact them directly. Bear in mind the speakers are model ST so I want to protect my investment.

5 weeks later...no speakers...
Speakers were supposed to take 2 weeks to manufacture, 5 weeks later I'm told they haven't even started building them but they have most of the parts. Fantastic. Its always next week, next week, next week which is incredibly inconvenient when I continually have to rearrange my client schedule. Despite how good they are "supposed" to be in reviews I probably won't order from Spendor again. At this rate I will have to cancel the order due to being away for a month at the end of the week. What a waste.
