Spelplus V.O.F erg klantvriendelijk!

Spelplus V.O.F had de pech dat een Koekoeksklok die ik kocht, niet goed gemaakt was, de slinger bevestiging was defect. Na wat info gegeven te hebben en foto's erbij opgestuurd te hebben, werd het de volgende dag gelijk opgelost! Eeen nieuwe klok wordt gelijk verstuurd, en de defecte klok door de pakketdienst thuis opgehaald, waar ik verder niets aan behoef te regelen. Dit alles zonder problemen!. Dat is service en klantvriendelijkheid! Chapeau!
