Was phoned and offered an approved loan. Was kept on the phone with him for over two hours the first day and sent in what was asked for. Near the end of the call he insisted that I had to go to the local store and purchase gift cards to pay for insurance I didn't want. I have had many loans, which I paid off in full and never been asked to purchase gift cards to get a loan. The next day I phoned him back and after another run around was told to again go buy the gift cards or theu will cancell the loan. In the end he said he will cancel the loan because I refused to purchase gift cards. Now my bank shows the money as being deposited but not accessable. I am definetly not pleased with their service.

A literally shit company they looted me. Took all my information and now they are gone.

They dont reply or answer.

To be honest 1 star is way too many for the service they offering.

Online application will take more than 2 days to get response. When you call them on number provided it will go to voicemail saying all agents are busy and they never get back to us.

After paying my first loan on Friday i needed to wait till next friday to re borrow which I only got 5 days to pay back. I emailed them to defer my payment to following week as its not worthy to pay interest for 5 days however its been 3 days i have not received any response of my email

The super worst customer service I encountered ever.

I’m currently waiting still to finalize my loan it’s been two days and I signed my agreement twice and nobody has got back to me I tried to call them 8 times today to tell me after 15 minutes that all there agents are busy with other applicants and they don’t call back..

Do not use this company! They are incompetent and terrible to deal with. They keep asking for the same information over and over. I signed two different contracts and cannot get an answer. At this point I am feeling scammed. I gave them all my banking info and nothing in return. Tried calling, wait on hold for an absurd amount of time and the calls ends.

I have been a customer of Speedy Cash for an extended period and have consistently received exceptional service. My loan has been paid off, and I received email confirmation of this. However, when attempting to apply for a new loan, I encountered an issue where my online account displays an outstanding balance, yet no payment is indicated as due. I have reached out via email to seek clarification on this matter but have not yet received a response. If this situation is not resolved, I may need to reconsider my overall rating. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I’ve been a customer of yours for 5+ years, and have had zero issues until this past few weeks. The new and improved system you’ve instituted is terrible, and from what I can glean from the customer service reps in your stores this is very common. 2 weeks ago I understood the learning curve and technological issues but this continues to happen, and I’m now incurring NSF fees as by this point my loan has already renewed and been deposited. I’m definitely not the only person who’s done with your company unless this gets fixed.

Tried getting a PAYDAY loan but their website keeps sending me to credit for some reason...

The website is trash and the customer service is non existant. I've been trying for 3 days to get a payday loan with no avail. I've emailed them 3 times today and called many more to finalize the loan but no one ever replies or answers the phone. The stupid website won't work. Everytime I press 'sign contract' it foes nothing. Very dissatisfied

ive been with them for years but this new updated website is not really good. i always pay full tru etransfer every ctb and before i have no issue but when they updated their site. i dont know anymore if i will use them. i told the lady i will pay full tru etrans and they said i cant on the 20th so she said the speedycash will have it automatic deducted on the 20th. until now still not deducting i have pending bills too that i need to pay today im still waiting for them to deduct it so i can do reloan and pay every bills. ive emailed them. tried to call them but its either closed or cant go through.id rather have icash from now on. simple and very easy website

I’ve taken a payday loan from them before through their website and paid back without any issue. However, when I recently tried to get a new payday loan from them still via their website, it never let me complete the final step that simply includes reviewing the loan application, electronically signing and then submitting it. The submit button wasn’t working. When I refreshed the page, I got logged out and I suddenly became unable to log back in even after clearing cache and cookies from my web browser. Their website no longer recognizes my email address whereas I was receiving automated communication from them regarding my pending/pre-approved payday loan application that their system doesn’t let me complete online. I’ve emailed them twice and left a voice message about it, but no support and I ended up receiving an automated email simply saying that they can’t give me the payday loan anymore and that I should reapply in 30 days. Meanwhile, my online access issue is still not resolved and I’m not sure how they’re expecting me to come back 30 days later. Fortunately, my back-up option (pay2day.ca) saved my day. I’ve seen other 1-star reviews raising issues similar to mine, so this is very alarming.

I have had great, fast service in the past. Definitely 5 star. However this past week not so much. I have had trouble logging in and trying to get help for a week now. Numerous emails, but no luck. Customer service has declined very quickly. Have no idea why.

I don't know if it is Speedy Cash but never use this website ever. They are thieves. I tried to cancel the loan before approving it and they threatened to block my account and take my money. Do not give them access to your bank account.

I've been waiting over 10 hours to finalize my loan. The website when I click sign contract doesn't confirm anything it just reloads the same page over and over. I've wiped my browser history, cleared cache, used different browser, used desktop mode and nothing happens. I call and email and NOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE. I'm extremely disappointed and Angry and not only that, nobody picks up the number they say to call. To add on to that I live in ontario so I can't go to a physical branch.

I was approved and only had to sign the contract just for 12 hours later to say i was declined. Because they couldn't see my income passed April 4 when can provide my income still. The customer service wasn't rude but they weren't helpful in resolving the website issue. If it was working properly I would of already had the agreement signed. It's like they took all my info wasted all my time and then switched up on me.

I received a loan from them online but tried to return it that very same day. Emailed them and phoned them but got no answer, and called them every day since and still received no answer. I believe this is to delay the time i am allowed to ask to return the loan without interest which is allowed by law without reason. So them ignoring my calls and emails so they can receive the interest money is illegal which is super shady and i dont think ill be working with them again

A bunch of foreigners that stole all my money out of my account, and locked my accounts.

Speedy Cash online is anything but speedy. I’ve been trying to get a loan for over two weeks, and the process has been a frustrating cycle of being asked for the same documents repeatedly. They claim that someone will call to confirm your information — that never happened. I tried calling them multiple times, both in the morning and afternoon, but all I got was a “we’re closed” message.

The customer service is atrocious. The staff are rude, the emails are poorly written and unprofessional, and the entire operation feels completely mismanaged. The online dashboard shows documents to sign, but they won’t even load, making the whole system unreliable.

Their website states that loans are processed within 30 minutes That’s a blatant lie. So after all that nonsense and wasted time I get email that my application was denied so I phoned waited 34minutes to talk to someone, some guy answered very rudely asked me some questions , then tells me my bank statements fraudulent. I’ve never even had a parking ticket. I would never do something so ridiculously stupid. I just needed some funds to pay for my cancer meds but instead be classified as a criminal . I couldn’t be more offended. So if you want to be classified as a criminal and have days to waste and endless patience, do yourself a favour and avoid Speedy Cash,

I have had numerous loans without any problems from this company until today .....they charged me my regular bimonthly payment and a random $450 dollar payment!!!! I have rent due and can't pay it now and can't get service because I got the loan online. They don't have a direct line and their live chat bubble is non existent so email is the only way and I haven't had a response and it's a Friday they're closed weekends and apparently take 24 to 48 hours to respond. SERVICE NONE but STEALING YES
