Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking - ordered a 6 seater to go to and from my daughters wedding. They phoned in the morning to say the 6 seater broke down and they eventually agreed to send 2 taxis costing me £25 more and one was 1/2 hour after the other making me late for my daughters wedding. They eventually agreed to send 2 taxis to pick us up after the wedding but they never turned up! Standing waiting in the cold I phoned them and they didn’t want to know saying they had no taxis and we would have to wait for one for another 2 hours in the cold. Their attitude was one of couldn’t care less. Luckily for us another taxi company was collecting other wedding guests and we managed to get them to come back for us. Such terrible couldn’t care attitude and customer service - don’t take the risk booking with this company.
