We apologies if you feel you are not getting a response.

I've reviewed your response, and the issue you are having is to do with Office 365, something that we have advise you on each occasion that is not our software, and we can't actively support you with guides regarding your issue.

That being said, the team have replied each time, trying to assist (providing IMAP details, account access, usernames etc)

As mentioned in our responses, we can provide you with all required information, but we cannot do this set up for you - You need to do this on your own device.

I have been customer with Speednames…

I have been customer with Speednames for more than 15 years and it has been an ongoing experience of bad service which now has ended up costing me my domain. I can not recommend them for anyone. The website is also not very userfriendly, so you can not easily fix simple problems yourself.

We apologies that you feel we have provided you a poor standard of service.

Looking at your account, this problem goes back to Decemeber.

You originally reached out (Ticket ID - 2368976) Saturday, December 6th regarding an email issue - We specifically advised on this day that your domain had expired in November, and that it needs to be renewed.

Further to this, you then opened a new ticket (Ticket ID - Robenhagen.com) - Advising of another email issue, in which advised how this was to be resolved, but you still did not renew your domain.

You then reached out to us again in Feb 2026 (Ticket ID - 2470784) advising you now wished to renew, but this was to late, the domain had expired in November, and was outside of it's 60 day redemption period.

Unfortunately, we can't hold onto domains, and we had advised you that the domain needed to be renewed.

Additionally, you have full access to your account that shows it ended in November

Although I appreciate you feel we have not provided an acceptable lever of service, we did advise you with plenty of time that the domain needs to be renewed.

I have been waiting 72 hours for this…

I have been waiting 72 hours for this disgraceful company to actually respond to my query. There is no phone number just a standard response saying they will be in touch within 72 hours. They lie.

I've reviewed your tickets, and can see that you initially emailed on Tuesday at 12:40, in which we responded at 12:50, explaining what the issue was (unpaid invoice)

Following this, It took around 24 hours to get back to you - Part of the delayed response, was due to the volume of additional support tickets you submitted (6 in total) - We request that you not submit multiple tickets, as this just starts the process again (potentially with another agent).

I apologies that the issue took so long to resolve, unfortunately (as covered in the email) the issue stemmed from an issue at the .DK registry, which is not something we have control over.

Additionally, the complaint was reference to a service (email forward) that you don't pay for, it's a free service that has limitations as covered in the email.

I'm still trying to find a way to…

I'm still trying to find a way to recover my password for both portal access and email and unable to reach a person in technical support. In the meantime my mobile keeps telling me to enter a password I don't have. This is very frustrating

URGENT-[#2310433] Please Restore Domain

Dear Speedname Team,

Urgent- My support ticket number is [#2310433].

Payment for our domain renewal was made in August 2025, and your portal indicates that it has been renewed. However, the WHOIS record still shows the domain as not renewed, and it remains inactive.

It has been over a week, and despite your representative Ryan’s assurance on 30 Oct 2025 that recovery would be completed within 24–48 hours, the issue remains unresolved.

This prolonged delay has seriously affected our business operations. We sincerely request that you escalate this matter immediately and ensure the domain is restored without further delay.

Thank you for your prompt attention and swift action.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. I have been trying to get support for 3 weeks - nothing but total silence on the un-answered, answer phone - and several emails such as support@ billing@ etc- with customer facing outage. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE COWBOYS.

2 weeks to reply to a level 1 priority email

Never, in all my 15 years in IT support, I have seen IT company that takes 2 weeks to reply to a priority 1 ticket (full outage of the service).
+ They NEVER pick up a phone. So for 2 weeks dozens of email accounts were dead (and a website), while you can't even call them.
+ non-intuitive and buggy web portal for DNS management. (Which somehow glitched out and caused NS server records to become broken).

Eventually DNS was migrated to another provider (without any help from Speednames - as they were silent) and this restored the service.
What a joke.

(I have heard that initially, during the customer's onboarding Speednames were helpful - hence likely the positive reviews you are seeing).

Do not use Speednames they will not help you

I've had my domain with Speednames since 2000.
I have had a problem with my domain since end of Feb 2022.
My email forwarding just stopped working.
They never did get it working.
Now I cannot even log into my account.
So, I don't know if I even have an account anymore.
There "Contact Us" form doesn't work so I have no idea how to even contact them to look into it one more time.
I guess it's time to let it go and see if I can get my domain moved to another registrar or just assume I'll never get it working again.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service
Our company has been waiting to get a response from Speednames to change the 'owner' email address to a different one, and we are met with replies that take up to 72 hours. Should be a simple fix. We have a deadline that is overdue because of their slow response, despite constantly chasing. No phone number to contact. Have sent multiple emails this morning - please can someone respond.

I need to point to the correct name…

I need to point to the correct name server. Speednames isn't reflecting the change and isn't responsive.

Why is there no immediate support? We are left struggling with our website being down. To make matters worse, we cannot receive emails!!!

We need to fix this NOW. Pls check your inbox (domainservices@and support@), subject "VERY VERY URGENT: You are not saving server name, website is down" and contact me ASAP!

The support form on the website doesn't help. There's a bug and we can never submit the form. And it takes 3-5 working days to get back? Websites and emails cannot be down for so long.

WORST SUPPORT EVER!!

WORST SUPPORT EVER!!
I have been dealing with so many domain provider but this is truly the worst! I updated the nameservers and it updated only 1. I want to revert back to original and can't I keep trying and it stated set successfully. But it is not reflected. Now I have 1 name server as hostwus and 1 as siteground and my emails and website are all down!!!! Tried to write a support ticket but needs a login and I called the hotline but phone not working. Emailed but it's says 3-5 days. How can my email and website is down for 3-5 days. I thought that I've dealt with worst domain providers before but this is really the worse.

FYI I have launched more than 100 websites and never encounter such non existent support before.

Customer Service diabolical

I am trying to point a site to squarespace. All the fields have been entered correctly (I've done possibly a hundred of these previously) - nothing is propogating. As a backup I am unable to even do a temporary url forward - it just doesn't work.
Had to hunt for an email address and when I got the ticket was told to wait 3-5 business days. How can a domain hosting business with that level of non-service still be in business? I will be encouraging my client to abandon ship as quickly as possible but this is more than disappointing.

Checking your ticket, you only emailed us 2:57 AM UK time, and have received a response at 07:35 AM UK time (under 5 hours)

As stated in the response, the updates to the DNS will not work as you don't use Speednames as your host - Your Name Servers points to an external company

This applies also to the URL Forward.

Great support

I had an issue with accessing my account to update my payment information (no email coming through for my forgotten password). I emailed support and Christopher triggered the email for me, and talked me through what I needed to do. Then my payment was taken twice - he responded and actioned a refund immediately

Passwords and access

I hv, like many others perhaps, a problem remembering passwords. I get cross when one is given the option to change a p/w, goes ahead and changes it but then immediately tries to use e.g. to log in, and it fails!!
Speednames hv helped my access difficulties speedily. I’m back “in” and very happy. Thank you

Where are the online chat services (none)?
I assume this is a one-man band working out of a garage or bedroom.
