Insane bang for buck
For their price, they are probably one of if not the best bangs for your buck, carried me through middle school and high school, at last, my final product died (I had a keyboard I spilled water on, a mic I no longer use, and the Vades mouse that just died after a power outage and a few good years), and I am fully logitech
Production quality is pretty good. If they invested more into software (something like G-HUB), we would be looking at a serious competitor in the gaming market.
A shame most of their products aren't sold in Israel anymore.
One of the worst experiences of my life
Incredibly helpful staff until the point of sale. I called when the international tracking for human remans (ashes) stalled just after the Xmas period. I was seeking reassurance as they were human ashes and children were waiting for what was left of their dad to arrive in Australia from England. I had the misfortune of speaking to a patronising, unsympathetic man who I later learnt was the owner. Because he was so disparaging and dismissive, I firmly asked not to speak to him again. His reaction to this was to call my mobile repeatedly then sent a weird email. No reassurance was given as to why they were no longer moving but he repeated the last possible date of delivery which wasn’t the point. I didn’t call to complain or query the timeline. Later, when the ashes were marked as delivered and hadn’t been I rang late at night, absolutely distraught for obvious reasons, and had the odd experience of being berated for the previous communication rather than finding support. The only help I was given was a copy and paste of several courier emails I already had and an accusation of abuse. I subsequently spent 3.5 hours that night into the early hours on the phone to Australia Post and the British Embassy in Australia to locate them myself which I did in the early hours of the morning. The highlight of the last conversation was when I was told it was my fault for not choosing a more expensive option (the transit chosen cost thousands not including the calls to Australia from a landline). The individual in question showed neither compassion nor urgency in locating the ashes and was only interested in winning an argument he had created himself. He told me it would take “weeks” to resolve and I could call Aus Post “in the morning”. My family and I, and the family of the deceased remain shocked and traumatised by the experience and still don’t understand how they could be so callous when dealing with a deceased loved one. I’ve hesitated in posting this as they are so unpleasant and I won’t respond to further comment but would urge others to remain cautious if trusting them with human remains. I’m sure it wasn’t anybody’s fault they were low - that’s just bad luck and must happen sometimes - but the way I was treated at such a terrifying moment is inexcusable. I’ve been shown more concern when tracking misplaced parcels containing clothes and to continue a self-made argument (with a paying customer) is bewildering to us. I did my research and firmly believed I’d chosen a specialist courier who cared for bereaved people using the service. What happened to me was unfortunate and frightening but the attitude of the company to it and their treatment of me made it horrific. All I originally did was say his attitude was insensitive (which it was) and I (understandably) didn’t want to deal with him. When the ashes were lost all he cared about was punishing me for that rather than trying to help or make me feel better in an awful situation. What made it even worse was that he was quite calm at first and it must have been apparent that I was panicking and upset. The reaction of this courier was all about ego and a complete disregard for the welfare of a distraught family trying to locate human remains when thousands of miles apart. Speedlink made a heartbreaking situation worse and for no reason other than pettiness and self-entitlement. I sorely regret using them for such an important purpose and will never trust them again.

I have bought some speakers and a subwoofer from Speedlink and after a few months the RGB lights stopped working on the speakers. I was told to return it but, I no longer have a receipt. I'm now stuck with a pretty expensive peice of gear that's not working properly. I thought at first it was a Chinese company, given the build quality but to my surprise, it is German. I'm never buying anything from this company ever again.
Our package was lost or stolen
Our package was lost or stolen. Speedlink tracking provides no detail, but it claims it was delivered on Jan 19, 2023. They have been totally unresponsive to emails and even phone calls from a rep from the sender. We are still waiting for a resolution.
Best support!
The best support from a company I have had so far in my entire life. Thanks so much to Ben and the whole team for the help and feedback!
Great support from Ben from Speedlink
Great support from Ben from Speedlink! Thumbs u, our problem with a gaming chair was fixed quite quick. Thank you very much!
Quick, friendly and helpful support
I tried a speedlink mouse which did not satisfy me. However, I received a good number of recommendations based on my criteria. I think I might find what I am looking for! Very quick replies, very professional and an overall pleasant experience. 5/5, highly recommended!
I am using speedlink
I am using speedlink products for a few years now. I enjoy the overall build quality of the products and more importantly, price range. Last item I bought was Speedlink Torid wireless gamepad, but sadly when I was moving out I lost my PC reciever to this gamepad, and it was the first time contacting speedlink support. I am truly amazed how fast and efficient they solved my problem, by sending another reciever for free. Honest and fast communication + good quality products at a normal price = every company should strive to be like this
Great customer support
Profesionalism, and blistering fast response. Love the products but right now I am really impressed with awesome customer service.
Great
Great, kind and fast after sales support for Speedlink ps5 charger! . Certainly would recommend. thanks Ben!
Pleasantly surprised with the customer support
I have to say, customer service was one of the best I have ever encountered in my life. I have a Torid Speedlink Wireless Controller and I accidentally lost the little receiver. Last week I contacted the customer support asking if I could buy the receiver somwhere. They sent me one for FREE and it just arrived. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the products and the service.

In all honesty it sucks
In all honesty it sucks
I bought an USB Hub from them about a month ago, now to clarify before I say anything;
No - I do not live in a wet region
No - I did not pour water on it either.
The actual inside of the USB Hub started Rusting, RUSTING. Ruining my audio adapter and Mouse, aswell as ruining itself. As far as I know Speedlink is HQ'd in Germany, I live in Germany so the products aren't like, built for dry environments like the desert either.
Best customer service
Got response within hours after an email. Well supported and very polite. Solved the problem within an hour.

This review will be about Speedlink customer service and their Torid Wireless Gamepad.
I always preferred playing on PC even though I liked many PS games. Nowadays, however there are many games which are enjoyable locally with a pair of controller so I started doing some research in this topic. My primary target was Amazon store as I could read reviews of numerous controllers available there.
At the time of purchase my controller was on a discount but after using it for weeks now, I can definitely recommend this even without a discount. Others at this price range are either with a cable or they are of bad quality. PS and Xbox controllers are expensive, especially the new PS5 controller and they don't give you any extra.
The buttons on the Torid are a bit harder to press then those at a higher price but the difference can be felt by the untrained only when using the LT and RT buttons, plus that's where you can hear a spring compressed when pressing the button. Without any confirmed info, I would rate PS5's LT/RT button to need about 50-55 grams of force to actuate and the Torid's to need around 60-65.
The weight of the controller is good, not too heavy, not too light. The motor inside the controller is sometimes a bit loud but I think it really depends on the angle I'm holding it in.
It comes in 1 color. To me it was acceptable. Even better as there is no 'this one's mine' arguement with my wife.
I have had 2 questions so far to the support. One was before buying my second gamepad whether 1 receiver can handle 2 gamepads (no) and the other was a question about a button (I thought it malfunctioned but it was not, I just had to RTFM). In both cases I got an almost immediate response from them. Even faster then Amazon Prime. I mean.. damn.
To those who are thinking of buying a gamepad for their kids or for themselves: don't be ashamed to buy a different brand from PS or Xbox. The value of this gamepad and what you get for it, including customer service is underrated.
I have lived in 3 different countries so far and I can confirm that imo Germany has the worst customer service I ever experienced but Speedlink team proved me wrong.

Great products and great customer service and support, keep it up!!
Great! Thanks
Fast and positive feedback to my request.
Really appreciate this behavior.
Arm rests
I was in need of arm rests for gaming chair and Speedlink really pulled through. Local distributer couldnt help me due to lack of missing part to fix the broken ones. Speedlink immediately upon my mail request offered to send me brand new ones free of charge. Couple of days later, again have fully functional chair. This was my first time contacting Speedlink support and I am more than happy with it.

It kinda sucks that when the cable breaks, Speedlink is unwilling to send you a new cable. That's like 50 cents for the company, but an unusable product for you. Keep in mind when you buy their stuff 🙂
