They very lazy ..they just throw your package anywhere in the building and just leave..tenants had to bring my package to me upstairs on two occasions..those packages could’ve have easily gotten stolen

I was supposed to receive my package Sunday and that same day they said my package is “missing”. This “company” is a scam. Never again will I wanna see that my package is getting shipped through these scammers.

These guys actually changed my address from what I wrote, and as a result, failed to deliver the package due to their own mix up. The curier rang 1 time, and when I called them back a minute later he was unreachable.

Over the phone, 2 times I told them the right address (which was the address as listed when making my order) and still they didn't manage to send it to the right place. Let's see now, if they send it to the right place, after contacting them for the last 3 days , and spending about 100 minutes in total, either waiting in line, or waiting and then being hung up on.. 1 star max

Horrible company. I ordered from Halara. The handed off my order to Speedex the tracking shows as delivered as of 11:59pm yesterday. I highly doubt they are doing midnight deliveries. I will be sticking to Amazon and other EUR/AUS/North American brands going forward as they use the established carrier networks.

Worst company the delivery guys are so stupid they always just throw the packages to my dogs even though I have a package box I hope someone can reply me they never answer my calls.

My package and I never got it so when the super of my building came from I asked to see his camera it someone on 4th floor Apt 4E oldest son taking my package but she wanna talking about I don’t want no problem we’ll it’s a big problem SpeedX is a bad company I told them when they deliver my package to call me and ring my bell SpeedX is a worse company I don’t ever want my clothes ship though SpeedX again

Horrible!!! Temu keeps sending my packages through SpeedEx. So far, one was never delivered, the second was delivered to the wrong house ( which was never returned to me) and now the 3rd is "missing" and hasn't been updated since June 7. I've asked Temu OVER AND OVER to stop using them to ship my items. So now I'm also going to stop using Temu.

Instead of delivering my package to the second floor where I live, SpeedEx's delivery person left it downstairs at street level behind an open gate. When my aide went to look for the package, it was gone. We assumed it had been stolen because of the unprofessional, lazy way it had been left on the bottom stairs, so I tried to call the company to complain.

There is no way to speak to anyone. There is just a recorded message saying they will text you. My old landline phone cannot receive texts, so I called again on a cell phone. No one ever got in touch with me.

This is a horrible company with incompetent deliverymen and an uncaring staff. They are the worst.

Bad service !! my package was left in front of building without notice or anything. I was lucky nobody stole it.

The most horrible carrier ever !!! They delivered my package somewhere else and they had the nerve to take a picture at the wrong address where they left my package!!!

I order on shein my package was supposely be delivered by speedx.
They never did my package is lost.
I want my refund.

THEY TOOK PICS OF MY TEMU DELIVERY SAYING DELIVERED AND I HAVENT RECEIVED MY PACKAGES . FRAUD ALERT .THEY DONT ANSWER PHONES EITHER 😡

If I can leave 0 stars I would !! I ordered stuff for my wedding from Temu and speedex was delivering my package. They simply tossed my package over the gate to the mailbox area and done! I never found my package somebody took it before I could even find it :(

Not suprised I'm not the first to be scammed by SpeedX. I ordered a few items from SHEIN for an upcoming event and they have SpeedX handling delivery. The driver took a picture of the BACK of my complex, very obvious that it's not a point of entry, and said package was undeliverable. Ihave emailed, called, and texted. This company is a JOKE. I would avoid ordering from SHEIN and TEMU seeing as this seems to be their new to carrier.

This company is doing wrong delivery practice.
I ordered one item from Temu, they assigned my parcel to this company. Delivery man came around 10:48pm on 05.25.23 and kept my parcel in parking area and take picture and worst part is he took my parcel back with him self and showing the status as delivered.
This is fraud. I have its full video footage that shows delivery man took back with him.

I don’t even know HOW they are in business. Ordered from SHEIN and was told my items got delivered but they of course weren’t. The tracking gives you no information and their phone number is a joke. I’m thankful SHEIN gave me my money back. But upset I won’t be able to get my actual order. Now idk if o can trust ordering from SHEIN.

Said they delivered package on may 4th. Surprise no package. Tried to call them and you instantly get a message that says someone will get back to you, but there isn’t an option to leave a message. Also left a blank photo of “proof of Delivery”. This company sucks.

They leave packages in open spaces letting them get stolen. Such as on street etc. the last time was right in front of my elevator on my floor. Couldn’t walk the couple of steps to deliver it! Customer service won’t call back and whoever you text has no concern that they are paying lazy ass couriers! I hope SHEIN breaks contract with them!

Horrible service! They acted as if they delivered my package but never did. I called but they never answered and force you to leave a message rather than waiting to speak to an agent. I’ve emailed every day and still no response. I ordered baby items that I need ASAP that already took two weeks to get here and then for it not to be delivered is horrid! And now I have to wait for my items to be reshipped and I’m livid! So it’ll be a month waiting for my products that I paid for!

This company is horrible they did not even tell me they were trying to deliver a package they just said they couldn't deliver it so now it's sitting in Hartford Connecticut I keep calling them and calling them and emailing them and they do not respond it's been 5 days now. Horrible company I don't expect to ever see my package I don't know what they do with them but they don't deliver them
