Stay away! Once they have your money, you won't get it back.
I ordered a +10 run at the beginning of my time off and they were unable to form a group because I was told nobody was online to do it (apparently for two days).
When I asked for a simple refund, they refused and just started going on and on about how they tried. I made it more clear that if they don't give a refund, it would be disputed, and they still refused, at which point I cut off communication directly and moved to the resolution center.
