Total ripoff! Ordered an advent calendar and it was a total disaster. It came AFTER Christmas, despite ordering in October. (And only after I emailed customer support numerous times.) When it finally arrived, half of the boxes were empty…and what was there were tiny, cheap, plastic pieces that look like shrinky dinks. For $34, ugh. After many more emails, sending photo proof etc…they offered $5 refund. 🤦🏼♀️
