Poor couriers used.
I would like to say that the service provided by Specialist Inks is excellent but unfortunately they use couriers, DPD Local, that are entirely useless. The first part of the order was delivered on time but to a wrong address and I had to go searching for it. Unfortunately the part of the order that was on back order is now on its way and for the last two days DPD Local, have been unable to find our property. They have left photos of two houses we don't live in and we actually heard the van come down our drive but the driver didn't notice the house name on our gate.
I have nothing but praise for Specialist Inks and they have been chasing up DPD Local and have been very helpful.

This firm understands customer service like no other I've ever come across. I buy my ink from them but not enough to make me their Most Important Customer - yet they always treat me as if I am when I have a problem. Their freely and patiently given help and advice leaves me short of words except a sincerely offered, "Thank you".
