Avoid - see customer service below!

Wall stickers came from China and began to peel off and bubble on the first night. We continued to try to restick them, but within 2 weeks they had completed fallen off. Even a small one which my son stuck on his drawers! Customer service state they arrived and have been used so there’s nothing the are willing to do. They suggest it’s something to do with the application despite them being applied to freshly decorated walls. AVOID

Your customer service and response has been accusatory, insulting and very rude. I didn’t stick them up in the first week because we were decorating!! And I would imagine most people would use new stickers when they redecorate a room!? We have done my daughters room with stickers from another company and they are absolutely fine!! These came with no instructions about application. AVOID THIS COMPANY

See below comments for how their customer service operates! I placed the order on 18/1 and chased on 3/2 enquiring about the delay - completely false accusations below re: 4 days. This is a ridiculous and upsetting response which amounts to public bullying.

* This is not how we deal with customers this is how we deal with people who think they are an exception to the rules. Even though our delivery terms clearly state items can take up to 21 days to be delivered, this customer was requesting money off for late delivery after just 4 days!? Then demanded all her money back claiming the stickers had failed with no photos of any damaged stickers at all. So basically just on her word. *

Your not meant to stick anything on freshly painted walls. Google it. Plus you say they took 14 days to fall off but yet only contacted us after 21 days? Give us some evidence of your claim and we will refund. Your word will not do in this situation. We need evidence. I don't believe for one second you would refund me if I just claimed something without evidence, we need proof. What do you not understand?

Tell you what Nicola, pick a shop & go purchase something. Return home and throw said purchase in the bin, then ring up the store you purchased from and ask for your money back. See what response you get.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed! Took ages to arrive. And when it did, the full photo wasn’t printed on the blanket. Scar was missing. No washing label. Look and feel is not Sherpa. Very misleading product!

Bit perplexed by your review. You say you are not happy with the product yet you have not been in touch to let us know, that is until now with this 1 star review. It would seem you are another who does not like to read information before ordering. These items can take up to 21 days to arrive but yours only took 14. What more can we do? We cannot force you too read something you don't clearly cant/don't want too.

I'm sorry to say your disappointment is caused by your unwillingness to read before ordering and then to not let us have any input before leaving this review.

In regards to the quality issues you describe, mistakes happen but again given the chance we would have put this right.

Not delivered

This is unfair as the couriers returned the goods due to damaging it before it could be delivered but the company when it was reported refunded straight away

I can't believe how long it is taking…

I can't believe how long it is taking for my parcel and the lack of information provided I'm not going to use this again.

Also I am supposed to receive text and email updates about my order but I have had none at all I'm so annoyed and to see how many people have complained about the stuff being bad quality I am even more worried. My anxiety disorder is enough now I'm getting worked up about this too.

In regards to his anxiety and wait, I am sorry we did not have any intention of upsetting anyone. I would recommended in future reading all the information available before ordering to avoid the situation you have now found yourself in. Although to be fair in this case the delivery was well within the given timeframes on our site so I am at a complete loss as to why Aaron was worried so easily.

Yes I understand our delivery times can be frustrating for some customers but all the information is available to you before you order. We aim for delivery in 21 days, it only took 9 days whilst in the middle of the Holiday season, the back end of a pandemic and a backlog in the UK with Royal Mail currently at 200 million parcels.

Just so we can put Aaron and his communication/delivery problems into perspective. Order and first enquiry email received on the 5th Dec - we replied on the 6th. The item shipped on 8th and was delivered on the 17th December, funnily enough on the day he received it he decided to give us this bad review. He has not been back in touch to return the item so I can only assume he is happy with the purchase.

In regards to his claim about bad quality, to date we have received 6 bad feedback out of 3005 orders, 3 of which are dubious at best. For the others we apologised, refunded and learnt from the situation. Everybody makes mistakes & nobody is perfect but we always try to put it right; if we are given the chance.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! I ordered a special edition Spiderman fleece blanket and the quality was appalling. So I tried to return it, they included no paperwork with my parcel .... nothing! So I had no idea where to return it to. So I went on their website and found nothing! It said click here for our return portal and nothing happened! I eventually found an return address on the outside of the parcel they sent me, so I return it to that address. They have just informed me via email that I will not get a refund as I have returned it to the wrong address! Stay away from this cowboy company .... shambolic!

Allow me put this into context from our point of view. This customer emailed us at 1.06pm on Tues December 8th indicating her wish to return this item, we replied with the returns address within 3 hours at exactly 3.30pm the same day.

They literally had the returns address in their inbox within 3 hours, this is far from an unreasonable response time. It actually took us 144 minutes to reply with our returns address.

Our information pages state the reply could take 24-48 hours, which they have clearly read and are deciding not to acknowledge.

In this time, by their own accord and under no instructions from us, they decided the way to return it was to send it to an address that they had no confirmation was our returns address. Yes the returns portal is offline at the moment and we do apologise for this inconvenience. However you have 30 days in which you are eligible for a return, it is their own haste that has resulted in them having sent it to an incorrect address. This we are not responsible for.

In regards to the other points they make, we are an online only business so we have no way of being contacted other than online. It is quite common these days.

I did however apologise that the blanket was not up to their standards and this is what dismays me the most. If they would have contacted us regarding their complaints and given us any chance to answer other than requesting a return address (which we were more than forthcoming with) I know we would have solved this amicable without the need for any return but unfortunately they decided otherwise and created the situation we now find ourselves in.

great for a minecraft crazy kid

these stickers a good size. better to be stuck on to furniture i think. just be careful peeling them off as they are big. maybe cut them out first and slowly peel the back off to help aid any little air pockets that may get trapped. over all they do look very good and i was happy with the sizing.

I was delighted with my Beatles fleece

I was delighted with my Beatles fleece. I had to wait a while for delivery, but under current circumstances not surprising.
Any time I half cause to contact the company I was always answered promptly and the answer was helpful. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered something for a birthday…

Ordered something for a birthday present paid for express delivery, long story short it didn't arrive. After the birthday came and went I emailed for refund as was told I'd have to wait for the "allotted 60 days" which I have never and I mean never had to wait for ever before. As soon as this very very long time period went I did receive my refund which is good. But in view of whole situation I really don't think I'd use again

Father’s Day with a bungle and flop

Ordered a hoodie for Father’s Day with about a week to go and the estimated delivery date was the day before.

It’s now 2 weeks later and it’s not here, I’ve contacted them 4 times to pursue it with the previous email getting no reply and the most recent getting a “it’s been shipped”. 3 weeks too late though!

No apology or acceptance of fault for the mix ups (plural).
I really hope the item is better than your service!

**as for your reply and the arrival time it arrived Tuesday the 21st of July, over the 30 days limit. Plus here’s your email reply about your mix up. Don’t play innocent or pass back the blame or I can always drop a star.

Unfortunately we have received notification from the supplier that your original item had been returned to them by the logistics company as damage had occurred to the item.

I can only apologise profusely for this situation, though as you probably guessed a replacement has been sent out to you and should be with you in 14 days hence the new tracking number. I do apologise for not being in touch sooner, we are working on a skeleton crew and I had personal issue to attend to yesterday so I did just update your tracking number without explanation.

with regard to my email from special editions saying messages have been replied to check my spam. I have done this in both of my emails and surprise surprise nothing!!! very disappointed and frustrated customer, even more disappointed family member, no Christmas present. Will I be returning to shop again? Eh no!!!!

Happy Customer

Really happy with my hoody, the delivery time isn't the quickest but the website did clearly state the amount of time it would take and it did come earlier than expected. Will definitely order again.

Mixed feelings.

I ordered two jumpers with this company, totalling around £40, one took a couple of weeks to get here understandably they came from China, the second took a lot longer for some reason. I emailed the company, Scott replied to me swiftly saying he would keep an eye on the product, thank you!
The second jumper arrived today. The first jumper, it’s a really thin material, mostly spandex, stitching looks good, size looks good, I’m really happy with this one overall.
Second jumper is more of a fleece material, considering it was a 3xl because I like my jumpers baggy, this came up a little short, the torso if I lift my arms comes up to my stomach...the arm and hood length are long enough however. Again stitching looks good, patterns look awesome, but they will come off in the wash. Mixed feelings about this one.

Overall, I think the shipping needs a little work as it does take a while for the product to come to you, and the tracking isn’t the greatest with updating, other reviews have been saying that the product itself doesn’t last that long, but time will tell.

Really poor quality

Really poor quality, took ages to arrive from China although it didn’t say that on the advert, emailed special edition to complain but have never had any contact back, will not be trusting this company again, total waste of £15.00 😔
