Windows looks great and are of high quality. Had the precise measurements as ordered. Just one cover of the lever was build with the wrong side up. I wonder if I can change that

No Way to cancel
We ordered the wrong size. Our fault, but cost to send the windows back are 400EUR or more. If you order a individual size you can't give it back or cancel the order. In our case: the window costs are 100EUR, Porto also 100EUR. So we need to sell the window now in a private way.

Quality product
The window frames are beautifully made, exactly to spec. ( I ordered the wooden ones). The are helpful on the phone. Drama free delivery. I'm very content with their product. Maybe don't spam my email 5 times a week after I have bought the windows, that's the only downside.

My order was placed on 01-07-2024. The order was delivered to my address 05.09.2024. 2 months is far too long to wait. It turns out that it is the carrier that has caused the delay, not Sparevindu.no.

Laskutus Klarnan kanssa ei toiminut
Billing with Klarna did not work which made me worried. I received a payment reminder, even though I had already paid by bank transfer as I had been asked via email. The door's adjustment possibilities are quite weak and it is rigid, the handle was only on the inside, although we thought that it was also on the outside, which was a surprise to us.
However, the door is beautiful, and we managed to get it working, luckily. We'll try to manage with the door handle, even though there's only one on the inside.
