Online purchase - money taken but not in stock!
Bought oven online where it said it was in stock. Phone call next day to say it was not in stock but I could have display model. I don’t want a display model. Have requested a full refund which was acted upon immediately but have to wait up to 10 days for it to reach my account so a delay to me in buying another oven. Please make it clear when ordering on line that you may be ordering a display model.
Thank you for your response and the phone call to explain that you will try to update your technology to show that you may be purchasing a display model. This experience has not put me off buying at Sparkworld and I would recommend you for your excellent customer service and your commitment to improve things if there are concerns from the customer.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration this situation caused. We completely understand that a display model wasn’t what you were looking for.
Regarding the refund, we processed it immediately on our end and the funds leave our account straight away. Unfortunately, banks can take a few working days to complete the transfer, which is why it may take a little longer to show in your account.
The product listing does state that the item is on display, but we appreciate that this could be made clearer and we’re reviewing how we present this information online to avoid any confusion in the future. Under normal circumstances we hold several of these Neff double ovens in stock, but there is currently a worldwide shortage which has put pressure on availability in the UK, and any units that come in tend to sell very quickly.

Excellent service
My mum recently bought me a tumble dryer. She said she would buy it from spark world because she’d previously had excellent customer service from them. They were the only company to deliver next day. It was free. They called her to confirm the order, they called her again to confirm the time slot. Everything went as planned. They plugged it in and checked it worked. All in all an amazing company that I will now recommend to others. Thanks!
