Good website descriptions of wide range
Easy to find and pick the recessed lights I was looking for and LED replacement bulbs. The delivey was faultless from tracking through late changes to timely delivery. Hence 5 stars.

Porch Light
Very pleased with the product, exactly what we were looking for. Really easy to fit, it took my husband about 5 minutes.
The only reason why I am giving only 4 stars, the postage was very expensive.

Fantastic service

Great Supplier, Very Poor Delivery Company
Supplier processed and dispatched item very quickly. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for UK Mail who were responsible for delivering the item. Their Track and Trace (T&T) showed delivery on 22 Apr 15 but item delayed with no explanation. When questioned, response was contact seller despite their T&T showing item collected on 21 Apr 15 at 17:00. When questioned why do I have to contact seller, response was, "Unable to locate item, contact seller". After speaking to seller, he contacted UK Mail who stated item wasn't lost but on its way to me! Item arrived 24 Apr 15. In my opinion, UK Mail doesn't have the processes in place to accurately track parcels entrusted to them nor the ability to provide customers with satisfactory responses to delivery queries.

As per our email and phone conversation, we do our best to insure the items you order with us are sent ASAP, but we also depend on the courier company to deliver these as they are supposed to. We have taken this up with them, and we will make sure this will never happen again.

Ordered lights and extractor fan. Lights out of stock but sparks direct emailed me immediately suggesting an alternative product. I emailed in reply and my order was delivered the next day. The difference in price was credited to my PayPal account same day. Great customer service.
