Great communication . Amazing cleaning service best one I have had. Professional on time and worked very efficiently got more then what I expected so really pleased. Wish I could afford them weekly, $70/hr bit expensive. Nil complaints.

Unfortunately, my experience with this cleaning company was very disappointing.
Not only did the cleaners arrive late, but they also did not finish all the work that was agreed upon. Several areas were left untouched, and the cleaning was rushed and unprofessional.
On top of that, their prices are extremely high compared to the quality of service provided.
When I tried to raise my concerns, the customer service was not helpful at all.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I was employed by Sparkle throughout university and worked across many sites with them, they are really amazing employers. Sally and Pete take care of you and communicate with you about when and where you can work, a lot of flexibility as well as good pay. Would highly recommend them as an employer. Also not to be too biased, but they clean to a really high standard too...I would know.

Highly recommend Sparkle for your commercial cleaning. Our offices, canteen and toilets are (excuse the pun) sparkling!

I've worked for Sparkle for just over a year now and they are for sure one of the better cleaning companies I have worked for. Management are approachable and communicate well and pay is decent. Would recommend applying if you are looking for cleaning work in Bristol.

The experience of hiring Sparkle Cleaning was amazing. Dan was punctual, very efficient, polite and easy-going. I plan to keep rehiring them in the future, as my rental flat carpet definitely needed a good cleaning, and I do not intend to let it become this dirty again.

Sparkle cleaning is a wonderful company to work for, thoughtful and kind employers who care about there staff, training was provided when I started and the weekly catch ups make me really feel part of the team.

Wow what I can say, what a fabulous company to deal with. From the first point of contact to actually getting my clean done was professional all the way through. Iv tried a few company’s over the years but this one so far matches what they actually say and do. Very thorough always on time and any extras I want doing they do. Great team!!!

Terrible communication, no regular audits/checks, cover when our regular cleaner is away is terrible, clearly no care given. Oh and they charge you a set amount of hours per day even if they work less. This was eventually taken off the bill but only because I checked CCTV - they would happily charge for hours that they haven't cleaned.

Great company to work for. A really friendly team, set shifts, regular contact with line managers and high standards of cleaning and customer service. Would recommend!

Sparkle Cleaning are a fantastic company to work for who really care about their staff, customers and providing a high quality service. Everyone on the team is really friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough!

We have been using Sparkle since January and can honestly say they are the best cleaners we have had. They paused our service when we had to shut the business temporarily due to Covid 19 - no questions asked and resumed promptly when we returned.
Highly recommended.
