Honest and reliable company
Honest and reliable company , spent many months looking at for the right tub for me and my family , at first I looked at hot tubs on-line but the prices varied and it was difficult to talk to a human being , I then decided to look at my local hot tub showrooms to get advise and have a real feel for the product , I went into two other companies first and found the sales people to be pushy and uninterested in what I wanted or needed, I was recommended to try Spafix and was over the moon to meet Carl who really listened and was very knowledgeable, he made me feel at ease and answered ever question I had , i purchased a Harbour spa and have been over the moon , the after sales is outstanding, I had a few issues with chemicals and they were so helpful, I would recommend Spafix and Carl to any one looking for a hot tub!

Went to a few different spa dealers and…
Went to a few different spa dealers and found Carl at Spa fix the most knowledgeable/helpful and also the least pushy. Gave us time to think about things, arranged for a private wet test of any tub in the showroom. Great delivery and installation by Gary and Max and a thorough run through of what I need to do from here. Would 100% recommend Spa Fix

All issues with the hot tub was resolved hassle free
Carl priests communication with myself was outstanding any issues I had was resolved no questions asked and hassle free
I would recommend Spafix 100% for a worry free service
