I tried to buy a wheelbarrow. After two weeks I was told it was no longer in stock. I’ve been chasing for a long time to get a refund.
Ridiculous
Ordered for new plot 5 weeks ago after seeing the very expensive marketing campaign all over the internet.
Not received any seeds, any communications or any refund. Genuinely concerned now this is a scam site.
Filled in a form via the site and a week after receiving a terse message back asking for my details, which they already should have from my email. Not heard back since.
All marketing no substance
Ordered for Christmas Sow Heritage vegetable collection.
Opened in February to start sowing some seeds only to find plastic pouches inside without the paper envelope informing me of what the seeds were and when/how the plant.
Rang the company for advice.

Scam. Like so many others here, I placed an order for my yearly collection of seeds in early February and have had no contact at all apart from one email saying they were behind but aiming to deliver in 3-5 working days. I wish I had read reviews first, I wanted to try a smaller company as my usual small company didn't sell camomile. I've now placed another order with a large company. Really regret wasting money on this order and will be pursuing a refund.
Do not buy seeds from this company.
Purchased 4 packets on 9th of February 2026. Had to phone to chase delivery. Seeds then desptched 17th but without any packed dates or end dates. Phoned to get End Dates. After 6 days, End Dates given. 2 packs end March 2026, including courgettes which can’t be sown till April!! They were not able to provide an End Date for the tomatoe seeds. Received a refund for the Courgette and Tomatoe seeds.
The customer service phone team was efficient, and refunded me. However, who knows who does their purchasing, and runs their warehouse! I will not ever be using them again .

Rookie mistake, forgot to check trust pilot before ordering. Very delayed seeds, email not answered.

So far really bad. Ordered seeds three weeks ago for supposed 3-5 day delivery time and still no seeds. Have E-Mailed multiple times (supposed 24hr response time) and still no response. No idea if my seeds are even coming. Don’t recommend.

Purchased seeds back in January to plant out in February and they never arrived and I still haven’t been refunded.
I’ve been told twice that the seeds have been dispatched, and then was told they haven’t been dispatched.
Beware potential scam - strongly recommend raising with your credit card issue as soon as possible.
Still waiting on my seeds
7 Mar - just a little update, seed quality so far has been fabulous. Of all the seeds planted (chillies, sweetpeas, cucamelon, gherkins (multiples of each) all have sprouted! All of them! Fabulous. As such I've increased my review to 4 stars!
20 Feb - Seeds have arrived! And as such I've increased my review to three stars. I've sown some of them over the weekend and may increase my rating depending on how well the seeds germinate and grow. As I emailed and will happily say, be upfront about waiting times, people generally don't mind waiting for good quality seeds. Looking forward to hopefully increasing the rating if these seeds come up well.
17 Feb - Have now been waiting for over two weeks, as detailed below, a number of issues and delays. I have dropped my rating to 1 star after being told more than once my order was due for dispatch but still doesn't appear to have been sent.
Still waiting on my seeds. Ordered 2 Feb, website states 3-5 days for delivery, had an email 3 Feb stating potential delivery delays but they were still working to the 3-5 days. Had an email yesterday some seeds I ordered were out of stock, did I want to wait for them or pick another type of seed. Replied stating to just swap them for another similar type and have heard nothing since. Clearly judging by the plethora of of reviews about delayed deliveries 3-5 days is not possible for any order. I'll wait another week.
Had an email confirming the change of carrot seeds 2 days (12Feb) after I responded to the email. Confirming my ordered would be dispatched as soon as possible.
13 Feb had a partial refund and emailed to ask what was being refunded, emailed back to state wildflower seeds were out of stock, told again my order would is due to be dispatched.
I'm not not holding out any hope that any seeds will actually arrive and I'll have more emails stating 'out of stock' and/or random refund emails.
If you cannot manage your stock levels, or sort your system out to accurately reflect stock then it might be an idea to pause sales, and get it in order before continuing to sell online.

I placed an order on 2nd February and have had zero communication, zero updates, and zero delivery.
No emails, no tracking, and complete silence. This is unacceptable customer service and unprofessional.
To anyone thinking about ordering from here, don’t. Save yourself the stress, waste of time, and potential lost payment.
If you, like me, have had no delivery and no contact, contact your bank with this Trustpilot page and your invoice they are be able to help you get a refund.

There is no way to cancel order sent…
There is no way to cancel order sent numerous emails, no answer to those, no telephone number to ring up, this site is a scam, they like to scam old people out of money.
Late delivery and request for refund ignored
I placed an order mid January for chilli seeds (14/01). Multiple follow up emails were ignored, until late January when someone named Will said they had stock issues and they’d send my order out later that week. I asked them to send a refund instead, as I’d ordered from a far more dependable competitor. This again was ignored, and a shipping email was sent. Finally, by February 4th I receive an email refusing to acknowledge my request for a refund and telling me they are sorry but the seeds are on the way. According to Royal Mail, they’ll be delivered later today.
I do not want the seeds. I do not need the seeds. This shambles of a company has taken my money and ignored basic requests. Although it’s a small amount, I’ll be pursuing this via whatever avenue I can. Starting with a return under distance selling regulations.

1) Are you going to rectify the empty packet?
2) Are these seeds genuine (smallest buffalo seeds I have seen)?
3) Do I need to put this warning on Social Media?

Embarrassing Company
Placed a £20 order at the beginning of Jan hoping for their stated delivery of 3-5 days.
After 2 weeks of no delivery nor any dispatch email, I emailed them asking for an update. This got ignored..
The following week I emailed again asking for a refund as I was going to buy elsewhere (and did so) and at the same time I did their ‘contact us’ on their website stating the same.
They eventually decided to reply to me simply stating ‘your order has been dispatched’ no apology no nothing and clearly no refund I asked for. I have already received my order from another company (within a few days like it should be) and today I have just received my order from this company. I am now left with double that I didn’t need.
The money is annoying but hey ho, the rudeness of ignoring emails and not even respecting what has been asked for is something else.
Avoid like the plague
