How much could go wrong? Delayed shipping an item by many weeks, then when I received the item it was the wrong size. for months I’ve been following up for a return which they haven’t processed and therefore I owe over several thousand kronor on an item I sent back soon 2 momrjs ago because they fail to process the return and now I have countless emails with unresponsive customer service which from start to finish was just really unfortunately so bad. And now interest fees and late fees on an invoice I shouldn’t even be seeing because they still don’t process my return. Horrible. Totally lost my trust in how they’ve handed this especially when they put me at the customer at risk with my credit with an outstanding invoice. And still unresolved ( my order was in march and now it’s almost June)

I am sharing my experience with Sickla boutique. We purchased a display bed from Sickla but the order was placed in Bromma. The salesperson in Bromma did a great job as well as follow up with us.
Last week we went to Sickla to pay off the rest of the bed, when discussed there with the salesperson we have been informed that the delivery would rely rather on the company that would deliver the bed. The delivery company send us a date for the 12th of October, so I replied back that we would like to receive it the previous week (week 40). From there they told us they dont have a problem. The next day the delivery company told us that the only date available is 12th of October because of SOVA. I called Sickla department, where I came across a very rude salesperson of SOVA, Linda. Her tone of voice was unacceptable. I described our problem to her, I am pregnant and my husband will be for work outside of Stockholm next week. She kept interrupting me and told me "we have clear instructions that is all that I can do for you we cant hand out the bed earlier than week 41". She raised her voice, did not allow me to explain that we have been told week 40,41. Eventually she told me her boss would call me to sort it out. But instead the salesperson from Bromma called me, he apologized and promised us a gift card instead. Honestly very kind of him, but first of all it doesnt solve my problem, second he did not mention the amount of the gift card. So we bought a bed for 40000SEK and this kind of customer service? On top of it, we got a little child that has been hired as a salesperson yelling on me on the phone? Really, unacceptable. It is really sad to spend so much money and get this kind of service in return. Our contract states clearly week 40/41 so they dont have the right to withhold the bed. Stay away from them and rather purchase from competition!

Hi,
I bought a Tempur Kombi matrass on July 04 at Sickla SOVA. I was quoted a 3-4 weeks lead time by the sales person who sold the product to me. Since that should be next week, then i called today (22 July) to check the status at SOVA and they said it should be delivered between week 42 and 44 (!). That would be a total of 15 weeks (!) lead time vs the 3-4 weeks I was told when I purchased the product. The explanation now was the Pandemic, however on July 04, this should have been informed by the SOVA sales person as the Pandemic is known since February so she could have quoted a better estimate and manage my expectations. Such extended lead time did not come with any price discount to compensate for the inconvenience of having to wait an additional 11 weeks. Quite disappointed to be honest.
