Ordered a bike cover on line told it was in stock only when I arrived to collect was told it was not in stock and offered a complete refund which I am still waiting for over a week to receive.not happy at all very sloppy customer relations.

Reviewing the Broadwater branch - they are simply amazing. They have sorted me out a number of times with servicing and wider queries. I also had a mechanical on a bank holiday ahead of a ride I really wanted to do - they solved it same day for me - AMAZING!! They know their stuff! Great servicing, great advice!

I Paid £5.99 for next day delivery, got my item 5 days later and only 1 item the other was missing from the order.I sent them an email explaining the situation and no reply.Notva happy customer.

Even 1 star is too many! Waiting more than a month. Said they would send out the items that were missing asap. Nothing, phoned again. Said the guy that dealt with web orders was on his lunch and he would phone back. Still waiting a week later. Had to submit a claim to paypal. Avoid this terrible company.

Product as described and pretty much the only place in the UK I can find Arundel Rubber Gecko bar tape.

Lost a star because delivery is very slow. This is made clear on the website, and so was expected, but I’d find it difficult to justify buying readily available parts from here when other outlets will deliver next day.

Great handlebar tape, it arrived before my partners handlebar tape (who ordered from a different company). Whole process ordering online worked well, and I only have good things to say from my experience. My choice in handlebar tape is probably questionable(!) it’s quite spangley ✨ but knew it would be. Thank you for the tape!

Purchased a bike online at a much cheaper price than anywhere else. The whole transaction was very easy. They even personally delivered the bike to me which was a 2½ hour drive down. There was a slight issue with a damaged part which they are sorting out for me as I give this review. So far so good.
