Outstanding Customer Service
Outstanding customer service over and beyond my expectation. I ordered a bike online including delivery abd expected it to arrive in a box with a courier, what I actually received was my bike all set up for me including setting the rear shocks, putting the pedals on and ready to ride hand delivered with a smile and friendly knowledgeable conversation. Not only that the bike is fab and was a great price tltoo.

Excellent Service and fantastic delivery - all above and beyond!
Martin and the team at South Downs Bikes provided excellent service. I ordered a Cube bike from them and they arranged specialist delivery to me in the north west (Cheshire) for no additional charge! The bike was delivered by an expert mechanic who carefully removed it from his specially equipped van and re-fitted the front wheel (which was removed only to allow secure transport). The team at SDB had done a great job of setting up the bike for me and we only had to adjust the saddle height before I was able to ride. Superb value, excellent service - can't say any more but highly recommended!
