It's great services

I would give southall travel even less than 1 star. They are not interested in helping customers but are there to extract as much as they can.

I’ve just received an email from southall travel asking for details of my booking. I have called them and they were unwilling to help. I paid them over £160 to amend my middle name.

To avoid accountability they ask for endless details for PR purposes on trust pilot/Google review.
Please do not trust the people in southall travel. Have a look at the forums on Facebook and Moneysaving expert.

Ruchika was the consultant who handled our booking. It is a very complex itinerary and Ruchika handled the whole booking expertly and we are completely satisfied with the resulting Holiday. Thank you.
Booking process was smooth and service throughout was excellent.

Kunal was very helpful when I called and I booked flights to Goa. There are many scammers out there so be very careful who you book with and make sure that they are genuine. We had no issues booking with Kunal at Southall travel as they are a reliable company with many years of experience. Will be booking again for next years trip.

I spoke with Norman who made a couple of excellent suggestions and addressed all my questions confidently. I’m very happy with the luxury package deal and hotel that we selected.

We appreciate your frustration; however, as previously advised, Southall Travel is unable to process or handle compensation claims under EC/UK Regulation 261 on behalf of passengers.

While we act as the booking agent for your flight reservation, compensation claims relating to flight delays, cancellations, denied boarding, or other Regulation 261 matters are the responsibility of the operating airline and must be submitted directly by the passenger to the airline concerned.

We note your reference to a previous case; however, any prior assistance provided does not create an obligation for Southall Travel to administer or pursue compensation claims on your behalf. Our role as a travel agency does not extend to adjudicating, submitting, processing, or paying airline compensation claims.

As such, we are unable to:
Submit a Regulation 261 compensation claim to Air India on your behalf.
Escalate the claim through agency channels for compensation purposes.
Receive or process compensation payments from the airline and refund them to you.
Should you wish to pursue a compensation claim, we recommend contacting Air India directly through their customer relations or claims department. You may use your ticket numbers, booking references, and supporting documentation when submitting your claim.

We have provided all information available to us regarding your booking and regret that we cannot assist further with this specific matter.

I recently used Southall Travels and was disappointed with both the pricing and the level of customer service. When I needed to make changes to my itinerary, I found the agent/manager unwilling to offer flexible options that suited my needs. Instead, the focus consistently seemed to be on pushing costly change fees rather than genuinely helping me resolve my request at a reasonable cost.
Given the high fees charged for what should be straightforward service, I expected a more accommodating and customer-focused experience. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
Based on my experience, I would recommend booking directly with the airline where possible, or exploring other travel agencies that prioritize customer needs over additional revenue.

My first time booking holiday with Southall Travels! Was a very good experience. Norman helped me through booking the whole package from beginning to end and was very patient and efficient to detail. Highly recommend booking your holiday with Southall Travels especially if you can get through to Norman!

Southall Travel told my elderly father he’d be receiving a refund for our cancelled Dubai holiday. He was told the £4000 would be with him by 14 working days. We are now at 16 working days… and after contacting them today, it’ll apparently be another 10-14 days! No reason why… just because! This is now causing him considerable stress as it’s a lot of money for an elderly man and he’s starting to believe he’s been scammed. Don’t bother waiting on Garth (call centre asst manager) to call back… as he won’t, despite phone messages and emails from both me and my father. Took legal advice this morning as we can see where this is going. What’s worrying is that I see someone else with a similar issue to me on Trustpilot! Avoid this company any of its related companies at all costs!

We have booked more than once with Southall Travel and our most recent holiday booking has been followed with excellent customer service from Sammy.
She was patient and helpful and found a deal that fit our requirements and budget.

Very good service

I can't recommend Norman at Southall Travels highly enough! He helped my fiancée and me book our honeymoon to the Maldives, and the service we received was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, tailored everything to our needs and requests, and curated the perfect itinerary for us. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to making our honeymoon special were exceptional. Thank you, Norman.

I've booked holidays with Southall Travel a few times now, and they've been great every time. Norman is always really helpful and takes the time to find the best price for exactly the holiday I'm after. He makes the whole booking process easy and hassle-free, and I never feel rushed. It's nice knowing you're getting a good deal without having to spend hours searching yourself. I'd definitely book with them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Been trying to get my refund for trip cancelled to Abu Dhabi in May, called and emailed on numerous occasions for my refund, been 10 weeks now and all they say is it is being processed so quick to take your money but now don't want to give it back

Any one who wants to book flights ticket please go to south hall travel because they are trusted travellers agent any thing happen in your travel they can advise and refund the money after cancellation charges. I am customer of 20 years they always helpful because they trained all agents very well mannered.
