Source Wood Floors have been great to deal with. From my initial enquiry re purchasing some flooring they have worked with me to ensure I got what I wanted at a delivery date to suit my changing needs. They had no hesitation in sending me out samples to assist my choice, ordering was easy and when my dates changed due to other build issues, they held the materials and endured they were delivered exactly when required. Courtesy calls and emails prior to the delivery date were received, a call from the driver an hour prior to delivery and a follow up call to ensure all had gone ok was great customer service. Both Sharon and Sarah are great assets to the company and nothing was too much trouble for them. I will definitely use Source Wood Floors again, and would certainly recommend any potential flooring customers to give this company an opportunity.

The flooring ended up being available sooner so we were offered an earlier delivery date which we gladly welcomed. Everything has been as described and we are very happy with our new flooring. First timer buying wood floor. I had no idea what I wanted. I ordered samples. They were all wrong as in I picked the wrong colours and type. Spoke to the loveliest, most helpful person called Sarah who was very helpful and she sent me more samples. Long story short, I now have a beautiful new wood floor I love.

Our contact with the company, Sharon, was extremely helpful to us with regard to finding the product of our choice, arranging delivery on the day of our choice, and being aware of the necessities of budget.
As a result we have a superb new floor for our new home, at a price we could afford, and would recommend this company.
