Cracking company....Sharon and Sarah are a Joy to deal with - upfront honest and efficient. Products back up the A1 service.

I bought 14 packs of engineered oak flooring 14 mm thick 190 mm wide x 1900 mm long each pack containing supposidley 8 full planks at 2.88 square metres.. on fitting the floor the first 4 packs contained full boards. The remaining 10 packs contained cut boards varying between 650 mm , 950 mm and 1250 mm. They dont tell you on the boxes or any of the paperwork that there are any cut sizes. I ended up with 8 x 650mm supposed starter boards that are useless and other size supposed starter boards that are absolutely useless and wastefull. The manufacturer and Source Wood refused to replace or refund the rubbish they sent out. Only one starter board is required to fit a floor. All my staggered joints are run in line and fitted properly because I could tongue and groove the useless boards. DIY customers wont be able to do this. I managed to fit my floor without having to buy more and doing it right. There is no paperwork or notifacation on the boxes stating the packs contain cuts. One to avoid. Source Wood and manaufactures have a lot to learn and do not buy their goods!!!!

Engineered wood floor. Good product. Goes down well. Would have given 5 stars but asked delivery to be in a smaller wagon as very narrow lane. Came late in 12t lorry so had to rearrange delivery to another address which was a pain. Not company's fault as not their driver.

Incredible customer service from start to finish! From ordering samples, to my order arriving the customer service from Source Wood Floors was incredible. The lovely team checked in with me at each stage and even called to check my delivery arrived ok. They were really knowledgeable about the products and what might work in our home. Our new floorboards look beautiful and we can’t wait to lay them. Will be using them again next time I need something!

Well, what can I say? Both Sharon and Sara were so friendly, I felt that I had known them all my life! They were engaging and friendly, conversation with them about wood floors were boardering on romance! Now I don't know who to ask if they will become my wife? The problem is that I am already married! However, my wife knows nothing about wood floors! A further downside is that I am past my best at 72 years old... if only...

Great service in helping select our flooring, and keeping us informed on stock levels. Then when we did order, quick delivery, and an excellent product. Very happy all round.

Price was good compared to other retailers for the same product. Quick delivery. Very good customer support.

Sharon was incredibly helpful. As someone who has never purchased flooring before I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sharon was always happy to take my calls, patient whilst she waited for me to change my mind and make my decision, sent us several samples in next day delivery and deftly communicated that I may have got my order wrong (which I had!). A really first class company! I spent a long time deciding on where to source the engineered oak for my flat refurb & then a long time picking the floor. I was drawn to Source Wood Floors in part by their high Trustpilot rating - and it is very much deserved. Sarah & Sharon have been courteous, helpful, patient and friendly throughout (& gratefully no / none / nada hard sell or pushiness). The quality of the engineered oak I chose is excellent & when I had issues due to my installer (no connection to them) messing up, they were extremely very helpful. Recommended without hesitation !
