I placed an order and paid for express next-day dispatch, but the products weren't actually in stock and will take several days to be dispatched. This company is comfortable advertising products as in-stock when they are not and will take your money for express next day delivery. Buyers beware!

Order was delivered quickly with all the right parts. Couldn't find my seat bolt to go with the frame so used to the online chat, which helped me find it.

Overall very pleased, multiple good experiences with source bmx over the years.

Purchased some wheel parts and a cult spoke wrench before ordering I got on chat and asked about size for rims etc. The rest of the order was fine but a glance at the wrench and you can visually see its not square should be 3.5mm square I have put the vernier calipers on it and its 3.50mm x 3.09mm so now I have to get the needle files out and correct the fault.
The problem is not everyone has verniers and needle files I should have purchased an Ebay special a cheap £2.00 6 position wrench. And this may be harsh but I would not use Source bmx again to me its right or wrong and items that are useless if they get through I do not want to deal with things like that.

Both wheels are massively twisted, the package was secured with a quick and shameful amateur duct tape job and arrived destroyed . Very very poor

You can not expect to win a bmx racing championship on a steel frame using 9 x 25 ratio
