Got the speaker - had shipping damage. They offered me 5 percent discount on a $1000 speaker. With cracked case.
Then offered a free batterie - still seems like I got the rip off.

Never recieved battery. The battery that came with the device stopped working... I have been back and forth with this warranty issue for months.

When a speaker costs 1000 bucks you make things right. I can buy a speaker on Amazon that may not be as good but if it has an issue I can at least get help and a refund or exchange in a timely manner.

I'll stare at this second Sounbks that I can't use untill this company follows up.

In the meantime festival season is in full swing and my camp is now looking for a new solution.

The customer service at Soundboks is as remarkable as their speakers. I had a question and received an answer and a solution in 24 hours. This is why I have 3 of them and recommend them to everyone.

Bought a Gen 4 and absolutely happy with it. The sound is good, battery very good. This thing is going to the 24hrs at the Nürburgring this year.

I had a problem with an order and also the customer service was outstanding. Fast replies, always a problem solving mentality, simply perfect.

I would definitely recommend SOUNDBOKS to anyone and think it is one of the best portable speakers on the market.

I ordered my soundboks from Amazon not knowing had I ordered through the official soundboks website I could get an additional free battery. I wanted to return it and re order it through the website but instead I reached out to the soundboks team. They were kind enough still allow me to receive the promotion and get the battery. And the speaker is excellent! Customer support is phenomenal. Thank you for all the help!

I received my SOUNDBOKS 4 quickly and was impressed with its packaging, easy setup, and fantastic sound. I had a question for customer service about spare batteries and they were quick to respond and handled my inquiry to my great satisfaction. This was a wonderful consumer experience and SOUNDBOKS are setting the bar very high for other sound gear manufacturers.

Fast, friendly and effective customer support

I have owned a generation three and now a generation four Soundboks speaker. I use it Camping, Pool parties, and anywhere I want my music loud and clear! I especially like taking my speaker out to the motocross track so that it can pump me up in between laps! I love jamming my music and wanted a speaker that could handle playing any type of music loud enough for others to enjoy, but also not distorted. I tried a few other speakers that had fancy party lights and more buttons, but they did not perform anywhere close to the soundboks! Recently, I bought my new soundboks 4 and shortly after buying it noticed they were running a free Battery promotion. I emailed the customer service crew and they gladly took care of me because it was only two weeks after I bought my speaker. Not only do they have great sound… They have great customer service!

I love my speaker, I love the price, I love the speed of shipping, and ai love the customer service! I had a small issue and they got back to me within 24hrs if I needed two i’d buy another for sure!

Soundboks rocks! This speaker is the best portable speaker to ever exist! It’s super LOUD, and quality is superior. Customer service also took very good care of me and was very responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a portable speaker.

Usually I don't write reviews, but I guess in this case I owe you one. I have always loved my product (Soundboks GO for mobile DJing etc.), and when I ran into a technical problem, the Soundboks Team was right there with a quick, friendly and professional customer service.

I purchased 2 SoundBoks batteries in the past 2 years for $300.00. They crapped out in less than 4m18 months.
Cable connected to the batteries are cheap, won't charge, won't turn on power when plugged in.
Not worth $20.00, let alone $300.00!!!

Im a coach for a football organization and I needed a speaker that could rock a football field at practice. This speaker has the power and quality sound to handle the job effortlessly. It's so worth it!! plus the customer service is surperb!!
