Same as everyone else ordered masks on 4/6/20 it’s now 28/7/20 received no masks sent numerous emails had no reply from any they are an Absolute disgrace

Paid money in good faith for masks, over £100 2.5 months ago.. Don't reply to Facebook messages, emails are just ignored. Am trying to get the money back through my bank! Avoid at all costs

Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered masks from them after receiving an email with a special offer. This was two months ago and despite their email stating delivery within 2-3 days and with countless emails to them asking for a refund as had to buy elsewhere, I have received no word from them! I am currently speaking to my bank to see what I can do.

Scam. Ordered mask at beginning of lockdown and got nothing. Went through my bank and got my money back. Everyone contact your bank and get payments reversed

Scam!! Ordered masks, they took my money and never sent product or replied to many emails!!

Same as everyone else ordered masks & gloves back in May still not received them, I keep emailing but I never get a response.

If I could give a minus I would. Please everyone who has had money taken by this company and received nothing from them, report them to Action Fraud. It's the only way they are going to be stopped from scamming people.

I got few masks worth £50 and they did not come and when I email no reply .. I regret buying from this side .. and I had to buy again from eBay and it was cheaper and came in 3 days plus same quality..

Total scam company. I was interested in their brand ambassador program offered through a company I'm affiliated with. I purchased a neoprene mask so I could test the quality of the product and maybe promote it. I made the purchase on April 6th. It's now June 17th, and I have not received the product. I received an email on May 1st stating:

As I said before, it's June 17th, and I still haven't gotten a package from this fraudulent company. I've sent several emails and gotten no responses. I contacted my bank to get my money back, but nothing yet because they're trying to investigate. I've reported So Sweaty on IG and FB several times, just as I'm sure many others have, but they are still being allowed to promote on these sites. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN! It's a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

I ordered masks in April and still have not received and no response from the company. So disappointed. Complete SCAM

Paid almost £40 for 7 masks and they have never arrived. Tried emailing them and calling them but their inbox is full and you cannot leave a message. Cant believe Facebook is still allowing them to advertise. Do not buy from this company!!!

If there was a minus it would be that. I ordered face masks and gloves back in April paid £37 after a number of emails on replies one no goods. My next step is my credit card company. What ever you do not buy from this company. I am so angry

I ordered some face masks on May 11th they were dispatched May 15th
Its now June 9th and I still have not received them and they will not respond to any of my emails asking for a tracking number or an update on my order
I am now extremely unhappy with them and would like a refund for the goods

To be honest if I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered two lots of disposable face mask for my clinics. Not small numbers either. E mailed them three times as I have been waiting since end of March. Nothing!!! They’ve taken my money and haven’t sent anything out. I don’t understand how they are still allowed to be advertising as they are total con artists. Scam don’t buy.

Scam!! Ordered 2 months ago, wish I had known about this....you will lose your money and never receive your order.

Ordered masks on 13th May. Had email on 16th May saying ready for dispatch. Still not arrived. Not answering emails or contact us.
