I made a mistake when returning my order. I was advised by the post office to contact Sosander by email which I did. I got a lovely lady called Sofia who helped solve my issue and I returned all my order in one package, Sofia was very efficient and understood where I went wrong and sorted it for me . I was grateful for her help.
Trying to return an item but the drop off they gave me was 40 miles from my home. I tried several times to ring Sosander Customer Services to be told I am.No 7 in the queue but each time I get to No 1 in the queue, they cut me off. Why provide a telephone contact number if they aren't going to answer! Not good enough.
Really good help from Customer Support, in particular from Sofia making a first time order effortless.
Looking forward to receiving my order.

I wanted your maroon Borg coat in a size 14 but it was sold out. I opted to be emailed when stock was back in stock and subscribed to receive 20% off my order.I was notified that my coat was in stock. I was so pleased but I hadn’t received my code to get the 20% off. I went ahead and ordered it as I was worried my coat would sell out as there were only 3 in stock.. I contacted customer service and your Charlie offered to refund me 20% ..

Really not impressed ordered 2 dresses for a do going to and yet again despite your system saying it was in stock you are actually out of stock of the first choice one! This is the upteenth time this has happened and has put me off shopping with you! You really need to get your ordering system in order i’m sure i’m not the only one you are doing this to! Don’t advertise items you haven’t got its very simple! And stop making the same terrible excuses when we call you!

Sadly the beautiful sequin top I treated myself to along with the matching velvet suit has disintegrated in two matching areas. I wore it and received such compliments with at least one person I know purchasing the suit.
Sadly after wearing just once the toe is no longer wearable as it’s is disintegrating in two different places. This too has not been washed.
I bought the outfit via Sainsbury’s as you sell via them. I have contacted both yourselves and them and as I bought this in February so is over the 30 days neither of you are interested as the computer says no.
This outfit was not cheap and was a real treat for myself to wear for special occasions and I now find myself left with an outfit that is now without the matching top and nobody willing to help or take responsibility.
Sadly in a time wear you can buy cheaper clothing I can see why you would!!! as being left with an outfit that cost over £150 and unable to wear the full thing leave me in a place and nobody willing to help (I just wanted a replacement top) I will not look to buy from you again and will let others know of the lack of quality and support.

Be very careful when buying from Sosander. My sister bought me a top and a pair of trousers for my birthday which were too small. She assumed the returns policy was the same as every one else and not just 14 days. Unfortunately by the time she returned them it was 4 days over the 14 days and they refused to give a gift certificate let alone a refund. Left a very sour taste and I have gone from liking this brand to never wanting to purchase from them again. Be very careful.

Re. The response I received below. I sent a separate email to your customer services team who informed me they could help me with the online purchase and have offered a gift voucher which is great, however they are unable to help me with the purchase in store and apparently that is left down to the discretion of the manager. I see you as one Brand and it’s a shame that you have individual shops some of which providing a bad customer experience and others a good one. It would seem the one in Marlow is less helpful and therefore in return could damage your Brand. Hasn’t left a good taste in my mouth and I will advise all my friends in Marlow and people on here to avoid that shop.

Yet another failure to deliver and no resolution by Sosander's Customer Service of my missing order.
I placed an order with Sosander on 8 March 2026, for delivery to my home address in Spain. On 11 March, their global fulfillment partner, Global-E, confirmed despatch of my order no. GE11573951343GB.
On 25 March, I emailed Sosander's Customer Services to query when I could expect delivery of my order, advising them that their courier's tracking system stated that the package had been dropped off at a DPD pick-up point and that a message had been sent to me with details of the pick-up point, but I had received nothing and I didn't know why my order wasn't delivered to my home address.
On 26 March, Customer Services responded saying that there had been an update on DPD's tracking system, but when I checked it, the status was the same as the day before, and I responded to Sosander advising them of that. I received no further response from Sosander, so I messaged their Customer Services again on 31 March, requesting an update.
On 1 April, Customer Services advised me that they had escalated the issue to their courier and would get back to me. Having received no response by 7 April, I emailed again,requesting an update and stating that, if this could not be resolved by close of business on 8 April, I expected a full refund of my payment.
Today, 10 April, I have received no acknowledement of my messages and no update. I called Customer Service, waiting on the line while repeated recorded messages said I was 2nd in line, then 1st in line, then a 'beep' (as you would hear from an answering machine), but no-one there. And, yet again, all of this is at my cost, phoning from Spain!
So another example of Sosander's poor delivery system and terrible customer service. I still don't know what has happened to my order and have not received a refund of the payment I made more than a month ago.
