Total disappoinment with the platform, I thought it was a good idea of having this platform at start, but it only attracts poor leads for a year, waste time and effort on replying the opportunities where agency need to pay for contacting them in monthly and per opportunity basis, as 95% of them are RFQ or RFP, only reason to keep it is to add one more backlink, but maybe this is not worth on the new charging model anymore. Customer service is also bad, seems like talking to a chatbot, i can imagine what they would reply below already~
One more point, the REFUND is fake, not returning the money, but sortlist credits!!!!!

It's a fast and efficient way to find an agency matching your individual needs. Only the amount of communications with the agencies and 'sortlist' could be a bit harder to handle in a shorter time.

I have been very impressed with how Sortlist connects various people and companies and helps relieve the daunting task of trying to figure out a right fit on our own and a bit blind. The process of also having introductory calls and info sessions is very helpful, quick and the ease of use is fantastic. Very satisfied.

Totally unethical way of working with providers, production teams. Charged an arm and a leg just to be able to participate into projects that turn out to be non existent, since the client has found internal solutions, we never have been informed prior and charged on top while loosing time to arrange calls, compose emails etc...There are much better options for professionals out there, don't be fooled with Sortlist. And on top you need to contact them to ask for their permission to delete your account (!!!) Definitely AVOID at all costs.

Excellent when compared with other similar services. Account Manager from shortlist calls to check the brief, you get 4 matches, I found all matches to be suitable, 3 particularly well. Would use again.
