157 jours que mes écouteurs WF-1000XM4 sont en panne (sous garantie), et toujours pas de solutions en vue, malgré 5 interlocuteurs différents (customer support, SAVSONY, Cordon Group, Customer Relations Office et Direction), 55 mails échangés dont 3 envoyés à Messieurs Patrick Naltet et Arnaud Gutleben, DG et D. Marketing de Sony France.
Sony champion du service déplorable
Worst customer service ever. I can't believe a big company like sony has such bad service. I have a sony walkman with limited volume cap and asked for help. ENAS, the customer service representative insists that I am using my headsets through a third party device and not directly on the Walkman source. This is typical behavior to blame the client and close the case. Advise: Don't buy products from sony directly, use a third party vendor.
"Bluetooth second device connected" "bluetooth connected" "poweroff" "poweron" so stupidly loud notifications by so stupid developers. Why not just make the volume of notifications controllable or same as the one set on a device the headphones are connected. It would be safe to assume that this is some type of grand scheme to defean people by these stupid companies.
I think you should know that Sony in France does not repay through the cashback scheme. I've been waiting since 6th of sept. to get my money back, but I'm being held with one lie after another.
Therefore, do not buy with cashback from Sony, it's cheating and deception.
They don't want to admit that a huge problem with my ps4 games was their fault, then tried to convince me that I had done something bad even if I had proof that I didn't. At least they fixed my problem and told me it was a privilege. I had to sit and listen to a guy lying to me to fix a problem that the company caused. What a privilege really. And I'm far from being the only one who experienced this
