I do like the sound
I do like the sound. I am
missing a little base I think. Maybe down the road.
They were so easy to connect. I had Definitive Technology W7 speakers and loved every minute of them. They were expensive and you know where they are now… so here I am. I hope I can expand what I have purchased a little later. Thanks Mary

Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent. Sound is very good, with bass subwoofer. Music covers the entire large hall with 3 speakers. APp is easy to use. and it works all the time, unlike the Bose Soundtouch app which is unreliable and not user friendly.

My local mp works more than my system…
My local mp works more than my system does. App crashes, system can’t find each other.
Worked fine for a year then constant upgrades and updates.
Sometimes I just come home from work and want to put some music on in the house or on a weekend and relax and get blocked by a series of Sonos ‘paperwork’ and updates.
Just play the music guys.

Beam and Mini Subwoofer
I have a beam and mini subwoofer for my garage gym and the only reason this isn't a 5 star is because this thing doesn't have bluetooth. Didn't think anything came without it these days. Just for the value/price of the product I assumed it would have all the bells and whistles. Not their fault, it clearly states it doesn't have its own bluetooth but I think I'm just in shock I need wifi to connect to it. Maybe there is another way.

I've had nothing to do with Sonos directly. But was guided by excellent service in a audioshop both in Prague and Milan. The salespeople in these shops were exceptional in their honesty and frankness.
